I highly don’t recommend this store to anyone it’s better to go to another store to be honest. I was approved for my merchandise, paid and signed my documents. I waited 3 days for delivery and thankfully I called to check up on my delivery status the day of because I was told I couldn’t get my merchandise for an unknown reason. I don’t even think they were going to let me know untill delivery time came and no one would have shown up. Now I have to wait 3-5 business days for a refund. First time with Rent-A-Center and last time.

Terrible service here took my money paid weeks in advance only to deny me the day my product was suppose to be delivered now I have to wait long time to get my money when I am in no agreement with them cause I have no product they stumble over the lies they tell you they cant get their stories straight lots of lies and confusion and they will play with your money I probably am gonna have to bring this to civil court to get my money back just ridiculous

The didn't want to work with me. Then Albert stated in the Hammond office that ,I would have to pay $290 for something that was a sectional that was well over $2500.00 and they have the sectional back before I can get a TV from them. Why would I pay for something that I can't have. Make it make sense.. Then has the nerve to argue me down .. and states that why should he do business with me? If this is not rude at it's all time high. I don't know what is!
