“Ernie is an exceptional manager. He made my husband and I feel like we were part of his family and was very accommodating to our needs. He showed us the size unit we wanted to rent, what the cost would be, instructions for using the storage facility, set up an account and a payment plan, and sold us a pad lock to secure the unit we rented within a time frame of about 30 minutes. Ernie's personality and friendliness is an attribute to being a great business manager. We were very impressed with the cleanliness and security at this Storage Boss facility.”
“We’ve been renting a unit here for about 8 months, and have no complaints. The office workers are always really nice, and everything is kept super clean. They have carts set up at every entrance to help with heavy things. Having a double layer of security (you need a code to get in the gate, and the doors) makes me feel safer for both my things and myself when we’re there after dark.”
“These guys were awesome! We have multiple bins on our job site, but their crew was always timely, in-and-out. Whenever we needed a dump or had an issue, they were always quick to respond. Good dudes.”
“Wonderful location with a delicious donut shop on site!! Great place for boats and RV's with some of the nicest staff you'll meet at their main office. They also have a call center that will help after hours which came in handy. Best place to store your vehicles.”

“A little awkward at first renting a unit online but all went ok. Could have been a little bit more specific on how to access the area because there isn’t any access at the front of the building. Other than that is was easy and appears to be real nice.”

I have a vehicle at local stg and was trying 2 find out when due(told u had lots goin on)! Dicoda, with call center really lifted my spirits, was so professional and kind! She is a real asset and you are blessed to have her! Btw, if I wasn't happy, it wouldn't have been pretty! I love to acknowledge great employees, whenever possible. Better take care of her, she'll be recruited!?”
