There is a kid working there right now 12/15/23 @ 4:30. He was incredibly rude when I walked in. He went behind the counter and said "I swear to god dude, because people got paid today they have to come here why can't they go to Olive Garden or something?" I just walked right on out. That's your job, you are there to work, not sit down and play on your phone, and definitely not talk to customers that way. I will not be returning to this location until that kid can have better work ethic or he's gone.

Recently started going to this Subway location. The sandwiches were delicious and the customer service was great. I plan to keep visiting this location.

This one have a mean older lady and she was so nasty today telling an employee that a young boy couldn't get jalapeños on his free 6"sub. This is just a suggestion. If you only want to give away ham & turkey with just how you prepare it. Make up about 2 dozen and give them out. No one should be told talked to in this manner. She was the one standing next to wall. I know she can't be a manager. She was very unprofessional and mean looking. My first time and my last. Subway need to invest in good employees and not new slicers. Training is essential.

Came in with a coupon and ordered my sandwiches. It wasn’t until I got to the checkout that I was told they weren’t accepting coupons at the moment. PUT A SIGN UP IF YOU ARENT ACCEPTING COUPONS. I shouldn’t have to find out that my order is going to cost double what I expected when I get to the checkout. If a sign had been up and I had known beforehand I would’ve ordered differently. Very disappointed

The lady that has worked there for like 12 years is truly amazing! Hard worker. Always happy. And her sandwiches are the best. She needs a raise. Idk what she makes but she is amazing!

I called the store to have my soup replaced, and I asked why does it look like this and he said it must’ve just been sitting there and corporate’s policy is that they don’t do refunds or replacements. Do not eat here and I saw roaches as I left.

This is probably the only problem I’ve ever had at a subway… this young girl was at the counter. I asked for a soup and ft. Long meatball, separated in two halves, cheese on one half toasted and done. Easy? Yes. Well.. she gets to my half and I’m not seeing my meatballs but I’m patient maybe they’ll put them on last.. nope. All my toppings and even toasted, other nice gentleman goes to close my sandwhich and I asked politely where my meat balls were. And my soup, not realizing my partner had already paid for said food. We got charged for one 6in meal and 1 6in veggie. Although I walked out with my soup and foot long meatball. I’m not one to steal, but I had not realized because she was busy complaining about having to close and mop. As a past employee, customer service is important and it’s stealing from the company, and it’s rude to speak of such things in front of your customers. So I’m myOpinion, her constant complaining distracted her from her job resulting in money lost in their business and an unsatisfied customer.

came here about a week ago. Will absolutely NEVER come to this one again. Ordered 2 subs. One was a meatball sub and the meatballs were not fully thawed out and you could TASTE the freezer burnt flavor in the middle. My other sub was a chicken blt which I get at other subways and never have a problem with. This one the cucumbers were moldy, the tomatoes were turning WHITE and the lettuce was turning that reddish color when it’s going bad. Absolutely disgusted with what I received.

Buy foot long, get 6" free. Lie! 6" @4.99 and had a reduction of $3.18 on bill. Foot long $7.99. Bill was $10.00 no other items purchased. Food was good but lied about price.
