Amazing dealer!! I couldn't have asked for a better experience!! Absolutely NO PRESSURE. They went above and beyond anything I could have expected.Dominic Chavez was my salesman. He asked what I was looking for and didn't try to push me into something else. He was very patient and answered all of my questions. He actually gave me a ride to my vehicle in Covington well after the dealer closed. Ask for Dominic!!DJ Miller in financing explained everything, didn't rush me through the process and he didn't hit me with any "surprises" at signing. My credit union agreed to finance up to 125% of the loan to value. I was above that and D J got me financed with another lender.When I was hesitant about the purchase at closing time, Aaron Blum the manager said there was no pressure and that I should take time to think it over. There was none of that, "But I can't promise you it will be here when you come back." He said that he wanted me to be comfortable with my decision.In the end, they sold me an incredible 2018 Tacoma TRD Off Road that I absolutely love at a great price. The truck is in immaculate, like new condition and came with many extras and upgrades. It looks and drives like new. This was the best purchase and the best experience that I have ever had at a dealership! If you're looking for a Toyota you need to see these folks! You won't regret it.

I having some great concerns with this place of business. They talk an really great game, then when you pay and leave, there's problems again with my vehicle. It's really hard now days to trust people word. I pray God will handle everything.

I purchased a car in May from Fl. Over paid on taxes and title. My DMV sent back a refund of $2100 back to the dealershiper and it still MIA. I have called and they keep telling me it is coming. My DMV sent it back in July, and it Sept. If I didn't love the car I would have returned the car. I would never work with these folks again.

Everyone at the dealership was absolutely fantastic. I normally despise dealerships, but Samantha made the entire experience enjoyable. She patiently walked me through all of my options without even having to come in person and ended up getting me a way better price than any of the other dealerships I had visited prior. I would 100% recommend both this dealership and Samantha to anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle and does not want to deal with the stress and pressure that would normally go along with the experience.

I decided to by a new car after driving my little Mercedes C230 for 15 years. Joey Chenier helped me to make right choice according to my preferences. He is definitely a Pro, knows all specs and sale techniques. He was very patient, answered hundreds of my questions. I would like to recognize Samantha and Charles. All three stayed with me even after Dealership was closed on Saturday untill all job was done. Thank you guys! Definitely I recommend Toyota Supreme to everyone who needs a new vehicle!

I enjoyed the buying experience through Supreme Toyota of Hammond.I personally prefer a no haggle agreement, so I used the Costco Auto Buying program and confirmed prior to placing my deposit and making the purchase. I worked with Michelle Callahan who was a phenomenal representative.

Mondo in service is amazing, they thoroughly looked at my car and did recommendations. I previously taken my car to another dealership and half of what they told me I needed Mondo and his team confirmed I did not need! I will definitely be taking my car to them from here on out. By the way, I have a 2009 RAV4 sport. This baby has 183,000 mi and I'm ready to work at another 100,000 at least!

Incredible service from the parts department. We had an urgent issue that wouldn't allow us to make it home, 200 miles away. Supreme had our issue repaired and we were back on the road in less than 45 minutes.

Service was ok, I think there should be more than one service writer on a Saturday. Takes forever to check your car in for a simple oil change. He was literally waiting on one person for 30 minutes

I had a nightmare experience buying my car at northshore Toyota in covington so I refuse to take it there for service. I began using supreme even though it's almost an hour from my house. Mondo and Ray are always super friendly and helpful. On 2 occasions my tire balance had to be redone due to vibration in the wheels. Driving back 1 hour to have this done was not convenient but I would still pick this dealership any day over Northshore Toyota

Said they balanced and aligned my wheels. Went to shop a quarter of mile down the road to have the brakes serviced for 150 dollars less than supreme Toyota quoted me. The shop then showed me that my wheels were still unbalanced and needed to be aligned. Supreme Toyota only would give me 50 of the 200 dollars they charged me back. Absolutely ripped me off because of the “cost of labor” that wasn’t performed.

For the life of me I don't understand how the service department can schedule an appointment to fix a recall part on your truck to find out 3 hours after you're there that they don't even have the part that they need and they have to order and schedule ANOTHER appointment.You're a freaking Toyota service/dealership. You should know what part you need before the vehicle comes in. Now let's take another day off work and see if we can get it right. Now how long do I have to wait for that part to come in? I have no idea because you gave me no information you just gave me my d*** key.
