I have been dealing wth this facility for over 10 years. The quality of the units have always been very clean and secure. The facility has recently been redone. The manager Shannon Gongora is always friendly and extremely helpfull. She is always willing to go the extra mile for us. I would recommend this facility to anyone.

They just raised the rates by 23% on the Hammond facility and the storage for cars and large vehicles is now locked from the renters except during office hours. That means that I cannot access my vehicle unless the office is open. They have a mini-dump on site which used to be available for renters to use when you clean your unit. It is now locked and is only for staff. There have been many changes with the new owners and they are all bad for the renters.

This place is so clean and very affordable. The staff is extremely friendly and out of all of the storage facilities I have used, this one is by far the best. I went there over the weekend to pick some items up and I am pretty sure it's under new management, as they seem to have even better security and the property is in tip-top shape.

Facility was clean, safe, and well kept. I also found the pricing and terms on my rental to be very fair and competitive. I would recommend it to anyone in need of a place to store a few extra things—short-term or for the long-haul.

Great service at this location. I have stored here a long time and the new management is top notch. It's clean, safe and they are doing a lot to upgrade the property.

Great facility. Under new management and the upgrades they are making look great. We feel very safe here and appreciate the on-site management and cameras and fence and security. Happy to rent here and I’ll be here for a long time.

CHEAPEST storage ANYWHERE. Great people and owners as well. I won't ever use any other storage. Prices are great and the storage is kept very clean.
