I called last week because I almost hit a small puppy in the middle of the road and wanted to try and save her instead of leaving her in traffic. The receptionist that answered the phone was extremely rude. I ended up bringing the puppy on Monday as an attempt to give her a chance at a loving family. They told me that they were full and could not take any more animals. After explaining that i've already tried my best to locate the puppy's family by knocking on doors and on social media I was charged $25, which I thought was strange. I later found out then they take dogs in for free. And I was charged $25 for them to euthanize the dog. If I knew that they were going to euthanize the dog, I would have never left the puppy with them and paid the twenty five dollars.

Great staff, but they had some that didn't know how technology worked that could be potentially problematic in a bad medical interaction or overdose situation from not seeing what's there on the file exactly.

I don’t even know where to begin. I had an appointment for my pup to be fixed and they told me to drop her off at 8am, their opening time. My wife got there at 7:30am and waited for them to open at 8am. As she was walking to the front door, someone stopped her and told her that they won’t be open until 8:30am. When my wife told the worker that we were told to be there for 8am, the worker replied with “yea, there’s supposed to be here for 8, but they never get here until around 8:30. Are you getting fixed?” When my wife answered yes, the worker replied “oh well you’ll bring your dog to that building but we won’t be opening the doors until 8:30.” Once they finally opened their doors my wife said that the woman handed her the paperwork and took the next pet. When my wife went to hand the completed paperwork back, the woman ignored her and kept calling up the people who walked in. It wasn’t until there was no one else walking in that the woman finally acknowledged my wife. My wife also told the woman to call me to pick my pup up. Instead, she calls my wife. My wife called me and I called the clinic to see when I would be able to pick up my pup. I called five times in the span of TWO HOURS with no answer. I finally called the adoption center and they answered right away and transferred me to the clinic where the same woman answered. When I mentioned that to her while picking up my pup, her excuse for not answering when I called was that she was at lunch. I told her that it must be great working at a place that’ll give you a two hour lunch break. Needless to say, I will NEVER use this clinic again.
I will say that the adoption center is great! We’ve had nothing but great experiences in the adoption center. They’re the only reason this place is getting two stars. I’d give zero if I could just for the clinic.

I never had a problem calling yall about animals thinking they was safe but after seeing the video on the man dragging the puppy across the yard I'll think twice about calling. The public gets in trouble for that kind of crulity so y is it OK for an animal control to be able to do it. I just don't under stand. Just what did that puppy do? Sorry for my reaction but I love all animals

This facility is organized & well kept. The people that run this place work very hard & are dedicated. It smelled good & all the dogs looked like they had been bathed. They are kept in individual caged areas with little beds in a big room that is air - conditioned. They also have an outside caged compartment for each dog so they have variety & a nice size area where the dogs are walked by the employees. The lady, Bri, who showed me around was very friendly & gave lots of information on the dogs. She knew things about them that showed she cared. I would call it a 5 star hotel for dogs with 5 being the highest score.

Someone just had two sweet little skinny puppies picked up by this pound
, and the man was so mean at first one of the little puppies (the girl) was going play with him, until the man hit her multiple times just to pick her up by the NECK and trow her in the truck. so the boy ran away and hid after a couple minutes of what I assume he was trying to get the puppy he went to his truck to grab the pole leash thing, and then went back and came out with the puppy being dragged by the neck yelping and choking, Flipping around on the ground. He had not a care in the world for the puppy the dose the same throwing the puppy in the truck. And I was with these puppies first hand so so sweet the boy was a little shy tho (the one he dragged) I was just so stunned it was literally legal dog abuse. I know for a fact that if those little puppies are in there they must have some great dogs but the people must have no heart
