I love it when one location of a store sold out of something in my size and I find it at another location. So, it wasn't my plan to end up at a Target in Hammond, but David and I were out this way and we decided to stop in. As soon as I walk in, lo and behold, there lies a swimsuit that I had seen at my Target that I loved, but they didn't have in my size. They had it in my size here! Needless to say, I snatched it up immediately. Score! This Target is the exact same as any Target you have ever been in. They've recently done a whole makeover type thing, so nothing is where to remember it, but it's not too hard to figure out. For some reason, all Targets have Starbucks in them, so if you're in the mood for coffee, they have you covered. Also, I'm a big fan of the self checkout and the lady working was nice enough to give me a discount, even though I didn't have a Target card. Food for thought: Is Target just a high end K Mart?

Stopped in grabbed a coffee at Starbucks used their WiFi to do some work then bought some snacks and used the restroom before getting back on the road. The store and Starbucks was clean and neat and so was the bathrooms

Bad service. Ordered food here for the third time. Each time I've noticed I get sick. This time my stomach is hurting. I have video footage of picking up my food from here and the face expression's tell's me my food has been tainted. Going to get it tested along with my stomach.

This target is well organized and always neat and clean. The staff could be a bit more customer friendly but overall the items I need are always available. The Starbucks inside is usually on point also.

This is the worse target I have ever been to!!! The line was all the way into the clothes and only two registers were open. Then when a new one was open a target employee jumped ahead!! Rude!! Rude!! Rude!!

I am a huge fan of target. Yesterday I went and I was very disappointed by the natural hair products. Although I know they normally have a wide variety yesterday the pickings were very slim. It was as if they were waiting for a truck but no one ever said anything about that. I will return again but I just want them to take time and stock the hair products for natural girls. They are the only store in Hammond that stocks the high end products, so please just overstock. Everyone is going natural so I'm sure you won't lose any money buy over-stocking.

Ok, so this Target isn't too far from my house. I love shopping at Target, but this one always seems to somewhat disappoint. I mainly buy clothes from Target for my stepchildren. The price is always pretty good, especially for "play" clothes. They usually have $5 mix and match sets so it's easy to buy 2 outfits for $20! This location is pretty clean & it's definitely spacious, however the selection is horrible compared to the Covington store. I work in the Covington/Mandeville area, so often times I stop in the Covington store to browse and/or pick up some things. I find that their selection of clothes is much better and they have much more availability than the Hammond store. I realize that the clientele of the Covington store is somewhat more "high end" than Hammond, but give me a break! Time after time I am disappointed in not only the limited selection Hammond has, but also by the fact that Hammond's location is prime real estate and Target in my opinion isn't capitalizing on it. There's always something going on in the Hammond and surrounding areas that attracts all kinds of people, but especially kids! So why not put in as much effort/money in keeping up with the Covington store? I know people that are willing to drive the 15-20 min drive from Hammond just to go to Covington for the "better selection". I expect better, Target....

Who doesn't love Tar-jay? I know I do! It's nicely organized and the aisles aren't too narrow. The selection of merchandise is great and I just adore how Target is always doing collaborations with different fashion designers so that I can get some great trendy and fashion forward pieces for a fraction of the price. Yay for that! I stopped at this location on my way home from Lafayette one evening and its nearly brand new. It's very large and very clean. I had to stop in the ladies room and it was super clean well stocked of all of the necessary things you might happen to need. The only disadvantage of Target is that no matter what's on my list when I venture here I always leave with all sorts of extra stuff and usually spend no less than $150.
