“This Ryder truck was AMAZING.. I've been having issues with my A/C system and have been taking it to my local ryder in Garland, Texas. Only to keep taking it and them changing the same parts with out making a FULL diagnostic on the system. Genni was incredible. She was very understanding of my issues and went out of the way to make sure it got done right. Not just don't right, but don't right the first time and promptly. Thank you all at the shop for an outstanding customer service and job well done. My only issue is that I wish you guys where by my house so that when I need service you are THE ONES to take care of them. Thank you.”
