Very disappointed that I cannot buy cologne from here because they don’t have testers. When asking, I was told I could go to another store and smell them because they have to order testers. How are you expecting customers to buy when they can’t smell what they are purchasing?

The Senior stylist at the salon is the wildest lady i have ever had the displeasure of overhearing a phone call of! She needs to double her dosage of Abilify before she goes to work treating people like that! Apoligize to that poor girl for lying to her like that!

I go to Ulta Hammond to see Ashleigh for my hair appointment. Ashleigh is the BEST!She’s so gentle with my hair, and she always asks about my comfort. She's an extraordinary professional! I followed my hair stylist, Ashleigh, over to Ulta when she moved from Mandeville! I absolutely loved the service and experience that I got here. I, of course, love the color and style that Ashleigh gives me every time, but I was pleasantly surprised at how fun and secluded the environment felt. I didn’t feel like I was in a retail store (which was an initial hesitation as I usually would be nervous that anyone strolling by can just peer in). I would recommend to anyone and I really loved it :)

It's really cramped with stock that still needs to be put up or the perfume cabinet right up front blocking the main walkway through the store. They also are out of stock on a lot of products, according to the app.

I wish I could give 0 stars, I normally get my perfume from Dillards or Saks, but my sales person Cedrick told me to go over there to ulta, bc they may have the baccarat, it’s 11ish am, I’m the only customer, I was never greeted, the 2 girls “white”acted as if I didn’t exist

Make sure you don’t check out with Allie at Ulta! She’ll ask your number and confirm your name and then proceed to put her own number in for the points.Joann doesn’t do anything to fix this situation, so I had to get guest services and corporate involved. To make sure the girl faces consequences. Because how disgusting. Imagine how many other people she’s done this too

I had such a pleasant experience here!! The manager here is the sweetest and so knowledgeable about just about everything! (Her team was very helpful, too!! I wanted a MAC product that wasn’t sold here, and I was given the option of having it be shipped to my home, at no additional cost to me!) An overall great experience— If I lived in Hammond, this would be my go to makeup/fragrance destination!

If I could give the salon zero stars I would. Appt at 10:15 for several weeks. Oh, you booked it last night. No I booked it several weeks ago. I was told it would take 30 minutes after we arrived, an hour later, she is still trying to straighten someone’s hair. When I asked someone about it, they just lied and lied and lied and lied. Awful customer service. Appointments don’t matter. It’s more like a walk-in welcome policy.
