Verizon in Hammond offers best customer service. Employees took the customer's delimma seriously and remained with them for close to 20 minutes until the issue was resolved. The store is extremely busy, yet service is above and beyond. Customers have visited three times – for themselves, their husband, and a friend – and each time employees were very knowledgeable and took care of the reason for the visits quickly. Employees helped customers switch to Verizon from T Mobile and made the process very easy. Glitches were fixed in less than 10 minutes, and customers have been with Verizon for years. Customers will keep using this store for all cell phone needs.
Shalice has been wonderful at helping from the start of my Phone transition to the end. She helped find the best plan, promotion, and great accessories at great prices. I am so thank for her assistance today.

While my experience with Corporate Verizon and their not following through with promises, the business sales Mgr James and the customer advocate rep Jerrick “Jerry” were fabulous and actually every rep I’ve dealt with so far in this store.
