I have a business account with Whitney. I run a business in New Orleans so this locations hours from 9-4 are an inconvenience already so typically I have to do everything on Saturdays. Well this location is open on Saturdays “drive thru” only until noon. So I pull on Saturday, 20 minutes before they close to make my deposit and get change, like I always do and they tell me they don’t do coins on Saturday’s and haven’t for months. I’ve been doing this for months now. Pretty sure she just didn’t want to deal with the coins 20 minutes before closing. It’s hard to run a business when you can’t even conveniently go to your own bank and get change.

They are difficult to deal with. I have been trying to get a mortgage interest statement from them for 16 days now and still don't have one. They say if I log into online banking I could print it myself but online banking does not let me set it up because I only have a mortgage with them and no checking account through their bank. I called the one 800 number and they say they're not allowed to email it to me for security reasons and would mail it. That was 16 days ago and I still don't have it. The Ponchatoula branch told me they don't do mortgages but Hammond would be able to print it for me since they handle the mortgages. When I went to Hammond they told me Ponchatoula could do everything they can do and that neither one of them could print a mortgage interest statement. The Amite branch was the most helpful. She got me the statement I needed but it was not the year i requested. She is now still waiting for HQ to send it to her so she can forward it to me. Its been 2 days and still dont have anything. I have rental properties and mortgages with several banks. The other three banks were all able to quickly and easily give it to me. I don't know why Hancock is so difficult to deal with on something so simple.

Worst banking experience of my life. They allowed my step mother to take $5,000 out of my account. I could never take out over $300 at the ATM. There hours are horrible. I went up there the other day to close my accounts and they only closed one of them, knowing that I no longer wanted to bank with them and had a different accounts elsewhere. All they want is money, the second you don't have anything in there they will change you and make it your fault.

Folks don't get off work until 5pm. They close the bank at 4pm. The drive through is closed at 4pm as well. Its not even opened on Saturday. How is anyone suppose to conduct their business if the bank doesn't stay open until 5:30pm.or open on Saturdays.

Went on my lunch break and waited in the lobby for 25 minutes to be helped, and the lady was having a personal conversation about a building for sale with someone at her desk and never helped me before I had to leave. Leaving this bank going to open an account elsewhere, its always something between, rude workers or no help.

This is just for one employee that works here that went above and beyond. I was just about to close my account because of an issue that they're part-time floater didn't want to help me with. She was not helpful or nice at all. So I got up from my chair and turned around saw a friendly face and spoke with her and she took care of my issue and was very friendly, kind, and caring and now I decided to stay with this bank because of her. Thank you so much Kelli Polk!!!!!!!
