I love this storage unit - the store manager - Nyssa (sorry if I spelled it wrong) is wonderful - she is friendly, professional and goes above & beyond to help. She communicates well and is usually available to answer my questions. If not, she responds back in a timely manner. I feel like she looks out for my best interest. Thank you!

Overall the staff is very helpful and accommodating when it comes to concerns with accessing, acquiring and securing a unit. My one gripe would be access to the units outside of business hours, I would suggest finding a 24 hr access facility if you’re a late night mover like myself.

The storage unit is clean and well maintained. I've never had a problem and all of my stuff was safe for the entire 4 or 5 years I had the unit. I also felt safe going to the unit at any time of day or night. I would definitely use them again.
