Our sales person Kiery was both very helpful and thoughtful in our shopping experience. We appreciated that she was readily available but also gave us our space to look without following our every step (which we’ve experienced in other stores) and were very uncomfortable with. She made our shopping experience very pleasant and gave us great info to make our decision!

Ashley should be ashamed of themselves for selling the absolutely fraudulent worthless furniture warranties from ProtectAll/GBS. I paid $189.99 for a 5-year warranty on my father's recliner and have tried for over a month to get this scam warranty company to fix the lift motor on the chair that stopped working through no fault of ours. My father has heart failure and dementia and is elderly and frail. He loves to spend most of his time in his chair, and because of his dementia keeps asking over and over why it won't lift. He is supposed to elevate his legs and can't due to the broken chair and failure of GBS/ProtectAll to fulfill their obligations as a warranty company. See how swollen his legs are in the picture!!!!!!!! That's because his chair is broken and your warranty is useless!!!! I do not even have the energy to write out every instance of calling this SCAM company trying to get them to fix the chair, but I've been met with lie after lie and excuse after excuse from them. Shame on all of you involved for wasting my father's money and negatively impacting his health with your GREED and INCOMPETENCE! And the company Schatzman Repair that came out and said they ordered a part will not respond to me either. I finally ordered the part myself because the warranty company is so useless and claimed it would take weeks to get the part IF it's available, but can't get Schatzman to come put it on now. I will NEVER purchase anything from Ashley again, not to mention GBS/ProtectAll, and be warned that Schatzman Repair is unethical too for being a part of this WARRANTY SCAM! THEY ALL NEED TO BE HIT WITH A CLASS ACTION!!!

My visit was just what I expected and more. I appreciate when I have questions and they are answered in detail. The best part is when options are presented and that really helps when it's hard to decide. Thanks to Ashley Furniture I have the right furniture for my home. Thank you Shonte!!! You were very very helpful and you knew your stuff! If anyone wants to hear their best options and you're in Elmwood... ask for "Shonte", she's the best!

Do NOT buy from this store. We purchased a bedroom set in October, since October they have lied to us, and gave false hopes to fix the issues.. Our bed came in December, after being told it would only be a 2 week shipping. it came without any hardware, and a cracked sideboard. Within the first two hours of it being delivered we did call they told us that they were going to send us new pieces, since then, I’ve called every three weeks and they told me ,” it’s on the way.” Here we are in March and they still aren’t owing up. Last week they let me know that that this bed (that is still on the showroom floor) is no longer being made and they cannot give me the piece or hardware. The only thing they can do is do a trade in for a new bedroom set, where I would then have to again wait and pay for shipping, pay for any difference in price and redo my entire room. I did visit small claim court today. I will updated based off of this new outcome. Order online, they up hold the refund and way easier to work with.(Small update 02/20/24… they sent me FOUR Bolts in the mail this week, to put together a whole king sized bed, can’t make this up)
