We had a great experience with AT&T in Elmwood on Saturday September 6. Lauryn was the person who helped us and she was fantastic. She was very patient and knowledgeable.

I want to give a huge thanks to Keke Smith for her outstanding help. She went above and beyond to make sure I received my installation fee refund. Keke spent nearly two hours on the phone with customer service, showing incredible patience and persistence the entire time. She was professional, caring, and truly dedicated to helping me.

The two Ken's was awesome. They serviced my mom and I with great customer service. I went in with the thought of an upgrade. However, after a brief conversation with Ken my mom's phone bill was reduced significantly and she also subscribed to internet and streaming services. All at a better price than what she was paying.
Today 8/8/2025
My mom called ATT and was told by a customer service representative that she didnt have an account with AT&T. Her credit card had charges for a Direct TV.bill and an AT&T internet bill for the past 4 months. My mom then went to the Elmwood AT&T store to recieve clarity however when she went in to speak with Ken she was told by Kendra no manager was there... 🤬👿 Like WTH. This is so frustrating my mom service has not worked since she changed from COX to AT&T.

We were extremely happy with our experience at the AT&T center in Elmwood shopping center. Lauren is an expert ano outstanding employee helped us tremendously. Excellent and exceptional helpful staff and service and we will return!

The only thing I will say is that without Hope Hernandez's help, there is no telling how long this already months long nightmare would have continued. I opened a cellular account over the phone and through the web. I ordered a new phone with this account... long story short, after 3 days of AT&T trying to port my number to the new AT&T account, I was disgusted with the incompetence of the AT&T online staff, so I canceled my AT&T account and returned the phone. After being told that the account would be canceled after the returned phone was received, I figured it was handled. Fast forward to three months later, and I was still getting a bill for a service that was never used. No one over the phone at AT&T could cancel my account and I was basically told that I would have to pay the balance on the account before it could be closed. That was an insane reply.
I had to take time off of work and away from my family to go into a physical store to address this ridiculous situation created by AT&T. Thankfully, Hope was working that day and after a few minutes and a couple of phone calls later, Hope had cleared up the nonsense created by AT&T.
Hope was very professional, efficient and empathetic to my situation. Had it not been for Hope, AT&T would've had a bigger problem on their hands. If I can help it, I will never do business with AT&T, however, if Hope Hernandez ever starts a cell service business, I'll be her first customer.

I love AT&T. However, this is like the third time I’ve been there and they never have phones available. They really need to stock up on there inventory. Not professional.

Patrick was great! He greeted me when I entered and asked how he could assist me as soon as I walked in. He listened to my reason for my visit and assisted me with fixing the issue. I left happy and with not just a phone added to my lines but also a new Apple Watch. He also made sure I received the appropriate discount from where I work. Patrick provided a great experience.

Marcus was a delight. I was amazed with his ability to multitask. He assisted me while simultaneously managing the store. His communication skills were excellent. He was extremely professional, helpful, and overall just a pleasure. The store was extremely busy, but all of the employees were really polite and positive. This was one of the best customer service experiences!
