Shaune goes above & beyond for his customers to help them with whatever they need. I was nervous about changing from prepaid which I've had my whole adult life to a contract. He has made the experience awesome. I highly recommend this store & Shaune. He should get a raise.

Everytime I come here the service is awful. They put 0 effort into doing anything helpful. Need to get a new phone got told they couldn’t help. Went to another location and they ordered me one immediately. Tried to trade in my old phone, got told they couldn’t help. So what’s the point of this store existing if they keep telling me they can’t help and to try other stores?

I called over the phone to ask for clarification on a trade in device…I was immediately cut off by a rude individual who tried to make me feel belittled. I asked him was he having a bad day bc he answered the phone with an aggressive attitude. I was hung up on which really upset me bc my question still went unsolved. I proceeded to make my way to the location and was given the name of MICHAEL DEDE. I was told that he was the assistant manager. This was shocking bc I couldn’t understand how you’re in a position of management but yet you’re treating your customers as if it’s a burden to call for information. This is a horrible representation for the business and location. Although I did not see you in person to talk with you (since you sent your colleague to tell me you were in a meeting), I hope you have a better day tomorrow and remember the reason you have a job. Great customer service brings customers back. Thank you for insuring me to never refer anyone to your location.

Micheal Dede and his team was very pleasant and helpful. They assisted me with all of my needs. It was a pleasure to get excellent customer service. I would recommend this store to everyone I meet. I would especially like to thank Michael for his patience and kindness.

If you're trying to take advantage of a phone trade-in offer through AT&T, do it online. I went to the AT&T store in Elmwood a few months ago when there was a trade-in promotion. Everyone who worked there was friendly, but they really missed out on giving me some key information and supplies to complete the trade-in. They never mentioned that I had 30 days to mail the old phone to AT&T or gave me the mail-in kit. They said I was good to go. Even when something seemed wrong with my bill and I spoke to in-store representatives about it (twice), they still didn't mention the mail-in detail or help problem solve. After a lot of time on the phone and the online chat option with AT&T representatives, it turns out I'm just up a creek and missed out on the mail-in window, so I get to pay full price for the new phone. Save yourself some time and money by skipping the store and doing it online.

Marcus, Jada and Ky are the best. They were incredibly patient and worked to make sure my multiple issues were solved even calling ATT hotline for me walking me through the process. I will definitely be continuing my service with ATT solely because of their amazing customer service!

The sales representative was rude and when I first arrived I asked to speak to a manager and he ignored my request. I have been misquoted on two lines of service by a woman that worked there at the Elmwood location. She quoted 35 a line for a total of 70 plus tax...Furthermore your lousy service did not work for a 1.5 weeks..The rude associate said his phone had the same problem and he could not credit me..what kind of answer is that?...Also I moved my automatic debit withdrawal from the 25th to the 5th of each month by talking to someone on the 611 line prior to last month...the reason being that I live check to check on social security retirement...they have charged me a late fee for two consecutive months...the bill has been 108 dollars the last 2 months...the rude sales representative said that it takes 2 to 3 months for the change of payment date to take effect. He gave me some number to call and ask for loyalty but at this point I'm considering changing service providers...All you people do is pass the buck starting with Mary Diaz Mola who literally just walked into my apartment when my WiFi was being installed...I opened the door and she literally invited herself in...she did help at the outset by helping me keep my number and then she said if I had any problem to text her but when I did she said she could not help and said call 611 which is a joke... all you people is like and pass the buck...I have had TMobile, Verizon, and Cricket whose customer service and phone service is far superior to your corrupt company

I had many issues trying to activate a phone. Long story short Walmart doesn’t have a way of helping you with the prepaid portals. I had Wesley answer my call and he has been very helpful and diligent to make sure I have a phone working today. Not only did he help me get the phone activated he went the extra mile to our issue about the phones provider. All the staff is attentive and nice

Wesley was very courteous, attentive to my needs, knowledgeable, and helpful. He explained all the features of my new phone and answered all of my questions. He was able to restore all of my contacts, which was my main concern. I will return to this store in the future.
