“I needed to open a new checking and savings account. I looked online and seen they made appointments for new customers. I made an appointment for the next day. I showed up a little early and the Asst. Manager Jake helped me immediately. As we set up the accounts Jake noticed my ID was expired. The ladies working behind the counters and Jake waited late till I returned with a new ID. I was not rushed out the door. It took another 30 minutes til we finished. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my experience at the Elmwood location of Regions Bank.”
