Just say you all do not want to give consumers money back, I’ve called another location and looked online both stated that if items are in good condition and I have the original receipt I can exchange or get my money back. Follow your policy that’s just FYI, for anyone that has issues with returning your items at this store.

Skip this store if you're looking for balloons. They never have helium. They could just post a sign that says they're out as usual, but they let you wait in line to find out.

EVERYONE SHOULD BE FIRED FROM HERE. SITS IN OFFICE WHILE 50 PEOPLE, DOWN 2 AISLES WAITING TO CHECK OUT & THESE EMPLOYEES ARE SITTING ON THEIR AZZEZ!! HAVING WORKED IN RETAIL FOR 40 YEARS MEANS A LOT TO ME. THIS MANAGEMENT TEAM IS WORTHLESS! 3 1/2HOURS WASTED IN THERE. $400.00 WALMART WILL GET INSTEAD!
