Maann y'all Ms. Dashauna is the sweetest, most knowledgeable person, with great customer service. She really makes you feel comfortable when you you are stressed out about putting your life in a storage. Her smile brightens your day.
I do recommend Elmwood Public Storage, you won't be disappointed.

I've stored with Elmwood since 2005 after Hurricane Katrina. The price has gone Way up since and I can barely afford it. I understand prices go up but I'm paying over double from when I first stored my items. The office personnel has always been friendly.
UPDATE: Terrance, reached out to me, and I wanted to thank you for your compassion about my situation! Also, I know my items are safely stored with Elmwood Storage!

Wonderful facility for your storage needs. Clean (spotless) units and facility, air-conditioned, easy to use and get to (well marked), nice location, and very helpful and friendly staff. Highly recommend!!

Don't do business with this facility. The employees were very rude and snobby! I can't even believe the experience I had!!! Take your money elsewhere if you want a trustworthy place!

Very nice place for storage. Staff very friendly and helpful. Clean building and multiple elevators for easy access to 2nd and 3rd floors.
