My husband and I went to High Tech Notary to get our real ID today, and we were so impressed. They were very knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and helped us to figure out all the documents we needed to update our licenses. Also, I just have to add that I read on either yelp or google that this place took the best driver's license pictures ever and I concur 100%. I was offered the opportunity to take multiple pictures and pick the best one. Now that is great service! No more DMV for me. High Tech is the only place I will be using in the future.

These people are complete trash. Willie is rude and lacking any customer service skills. He is a bully and treats others as such. I’d rather go to the dmv and wait all day than walk into that crap again. Both on the phone and in person. I’m not sure which of them is worse. Ok strike that. It’s Willie. Simply a horrible person That is all It forces you to put at least a star in the ratings g. I’d go with negative ten

I will not return here. I had a very uncomfortable experience at Hi-Tech this afternoon. I turned in my license plate because I got a new vehicle 7 days ago, and according to the law, I have 10 days to surrender my plate. However, the man working kept telling me “it’s not good that you waited, that’s really not good. You were supposed to turn it in 24 hours after changing insurance. That’s not good.” Excuse me, sir? Please be professional and check the law before condemning a customer.

Love this place. They are a little tough on making sure you have the right documents. Calling to find out what you need does help. But once your there with the right stuff its usually a very quick process. And they aee lovely people
