Rude staff don't even acknowledge you they need dog training
There is short wrinked blond woman in the gardening seccion of the store that is soooo rude she has no costumer service professionalism and acts like she's doing you a great favor by checking you out and God forbid if you need help why have someone that bitter dealing with costumers

Just went in and purchased this item. It clearly is labels 49.97..when it was put in the system to purchase it came up as 59.98..check on your stuff..so the cashier asked what price and I said 49. She said can you go take a picture..what? I have to go prove your place has this price? You have associates that can verify this.. the customer has to go back and take a picture and verify that home depot is wrong.. what is this world coming to when the customer has to prove when they have when home depot hasso many people working in the store.. I showed her and it still ran up as 59.. she had to subtract the cost of 10.01 to make it right..check uou prices people they will get you

UPDATE.
INITIAL PROBLEM:
If I could give zero stars, I would. Do not order online and have it delivered to a store, especially the HD in Elmwood; you’ll be waiting forever. My purchase, almost $300, was to be delivered between Monday - Wednesday. I called 4 times. The item is at the store, but no one in receiving is bothered to check in the deliveries. Surely if it were their purchase, they would be more willing to do their job. And whoever is manning the phones at HD is extremely unhelpful.

I’m changing my review to 5 stars! After posting my initial review, receiving a reply from HD, and filling out the grievance form they attached, HD made it right. THANK YOU! I reordered my item after canceling the first one, but lost my $15 promo. HD reinstated the promo code and I’ll receive my saw by Friday. I’m very grateful for the intervention!

I will not ever need reminding to have online orders shipped to the Harahan Elmwood store. Dealing with customer service via phone is like trying to walk through waist deep mud. Apparently my order is there. I asked the customer service rep to check on it so that I could pick it up. She said, verbatim, “…well nobody checked it in. It might be checked in today. It might not be. Maybe tomorrow. If it ain’t checked in, it ain’t o’ fficially here. “
I asked her to check. She said, “the computer ain’t done the processing yet.”
I asked her if someone could check it in.
“We gotta wait for dat,” is all she said.
Horrible customer service punctuated with acute laziness and gross incompetence.
