“I highly recommend Nancy Giarratano at ProSource of New Orleans. Nancy returns calls promptly, follows through on every commitment and is extremely knowledgeable about flooring products. She does more than simply process an order—she offers practical guidance that helps customers make good decisions and achieve a successful flooring installation. When I built my home several years ago, Nancy worked closely with my designer to ensure that my flooring orders were submitted accurately and delivered as promised. After recently experiencing water damage in my home, there was never any doubt about whom I would contact for my replacement flooring. I immediately reached out to Nancy, and once again, she provided exceptional service. Nancy is dependable, responsive and genuinely committed to her customers. She is simply the best!”

“After inquiring with male employees for DIY parts at the Harahan, La. location, who said they apologize for HD not carrying what I needed, I was then proactively asked if I needed help finding anything from a female employee, NIKKI, who not only immediately brought me to EXACTLY what I was looking for, she literally then helped me trouble shoot my situation to find multiple alternative parts, which in turn worked better and cost less. I couldn’t be any more impressed with her attitude, professionalism and knowledge. Thanks to her, my impression of Home Depot is very positive!”

“We replaced an older wooden stair handrail that had become loose over time. The contractor installed a sturdier modern handrail and reinforced the mounting points securely. The project took only a few hours. Compared to before, the stairs feel much safer and more stable when using them daily. The updated design also improved the overall appearance of the stairway. It’s a smaller home improvement project, but one that noticeably improved both safety and visual appeal inside the house.”

“I went to find some plants. Trace was very helpful. She walked me to the plants that I wanted. And she gave me some very helpful tips, such as companions to plant along side of the plants that I chose. So instead of one little lonely pepper plant, I got 3 other plants to keep the pepper plant company.”

“Went to the store to see if they have what I need, cause I really didn't want to get it online, I would rather face to face an employee of the store, but overall I love go in to see all the good deals”

“Everyone was friendly. I needed something very obscure and even though many of tge floor staff wasn't certain it was carried, they helped each other find my item. I don't shop home depot any longer because of various choices the owner makes but I had no choice this time so I'm glad I had a good experience”

“I visited the garden center and I would like to shout-out Devaughn for assisting me with finding the perfect plants and potting mix. I would also like to shout-out Deidrick in the parking lot for helping me load up my car. I enjoyed interacting with both young men. They're very professional and engaging.”

“Thank you to Nathaly & Leann in Plumbing! They saved me so much in contractor costs by walking me through how to change my own toilet fill valve... and Leann wasn't even at work, she just picked up the phone to help out on her off day. That was really above and beyond.”
