INITIAL PROBLEM:
If I could give zero stars, I would. Do not order online and have it delivered to a store, especially the HD in Elmwood; you’ll be waiting forever. My purchase, almost $300, was to be delivered between Monday - Wednesday. I called 4 times. The item is at the store, but no one in receiving is bothered to check in the deliveries. Surely if it were their purchase, they would be more willing to do their job. And whoever is manning the phones at HD is extremely unhelpful.

I’m changing my review to 5 stars! After posting my initial review, receiving a reply from HD, and filling out the grievance form they attached, HD made it right. THANK YOU! I reordered my item after canceling the first one, but lost my $15 promo. HD reinstated the promo code and I’ll receive my saw by Friday. I’m very grateful for the intervention!”
“The employees I have encountered here have taken customer service to the next level. Very friendly and if you're looking for something most will stop what they're doing and actually take you to the location of your inquiry not just point and leave you to your own devices. They have a self checkout system but there are people there to assist you. They will actually cheerfully assist or check you out if you need help.”
