Imperial Trading Co. has small docks that are tight to back into, with limited room and no staging area. Drivers should not arrive early, as there is nowhere to park. The Garmin GPS is accurate. Upon arrival, pull up to the gate and honk; the gate will open or someone will come out. The check-in process is confusing—after the gate opens, drivers find a dock to back into and check in at the third door. Expect a lumper fee, which must be paid with a paper check, as no electronic checks or online payments are accepted. Unloading is quick, but paperwork causes delays. Appointment times vary; an OTR driver can expect to be there 3-4 hours. Despite these challenges, the people are nice and easy to work with. An indoor bathroom is available. One driver arrived 5 hours late and still received a five-star rating for the friendly, accommodating staff.

The docks are small to back into. But you can expected to have a lumper fee. But they were quick of unloading me, but it's the paperwork that you gotta wait. But they gotta have paper checks for lumper fee. No electronic check

I arrived 5 hours late and they're still unloading me I'm sitting here getting unloaded so I give him five stars because I was 5 hours late and they were nice about it and they said they don't love me anyway

Not much room but not horrible, kinda slow but also not horrible. Indoor bathroom and very nice people, easy to work with
