“This was the first time I step foot into Sherwin Williams since I was a child. I used to go all the time with my step dad who was a contractor. I hated the store because it was so boring to me. Now I’m 40 years old, was caring for my neighbor who had a terminal illness and just wanted to exert some positive energy and repaint my bathroom.

Now, after all of these years, Sherwin Williams doesn’t seem so boring to me. Sam was very helpful and patient. I needed the extra attention and support to feel like I was choosing the right color. I won’t mention the other gigantic retailers by name, but I would get anxiety walking into those stores. Not only would I be indecisive , but I was also frustrated because I have to chase down an employee. I think this is unacceptable in my opinion when you’re spending a lot of money. I want to feel good once I leave the store because a different color room can change your entire mood, and the overall energy of the house.

As I’m getting ready to walk away from the counter I reached my hand for the box and Sam immediately grabbed my things to place them in my car. I appreciated that level of customer service and hadn’t experienced this since the good ole days of Shwegmann’s grocery stores. I observed the other two gentlemen who worked there in action, too. They all seemed very cohesive with each other from what I observed while I was testing the color swatches. I’m extremely happy with the quality of the paint, too. I didn’t notice how much of a big difference quality paint could make. Thanks Sam, and happy summer to you and the crew! I will upload the results once completed.”

“Amazing experience for me. The Staff was very friendly and professional. 2 guys came out to stop traffic for me and started unloading immediately. They had me unloaded within an hour. You have to get out the truck while it’s being unloaded(safety)but they have the best driver lounge ever, it’s like a small convenience store with a couch and tv. This is real southern hospitality. Only bad thing is inexperienced drivers may have problems backing into the dock.”
