The service is terrible, The representative never calls back in regards to equipment. You have to call constantly to find out any information regarding the status of the equipment. I would not recommend.

Terrible customer service. Do no do business with Rotech. My husband picked up his bipap machine on Dec 24. He has had problems with it. We have been trying for 3 weeks to get a return call.
