The store owner Mr.Terrance is amazing. Always respectful, courteous and pleasant. You can tell his employees truly enjoy working with and for him. Everyone at this store customer service is great. Anytime I go it's always Terrance, Gary and another young guy. They are always so nice. I use to go to the location in Gretna but now I will only come here. Line is never long, service is always quick and you can't beat the level of customer service

I stopped in to ship an item without any packing materials of my own. A young man named Antonio helped me, and it was such a pleasant, professional experience. I had to leave a review. This young man needs a raise!

Don't pay attention to the negative reviews- this is the BEST packaging/mailing logistics store I've ever been to (USPS, FedEx, UPS all included). Staff are kind, attentive, and helpful. I think the fact that they are well-staffed also speaks to the effective management and pleasant environment, as well. I've never had to wait, they've always answered my questions, and they always are kind. They've definitely earned a loyal customer here!

I cannot stress enough how patient and kind all three fellows were at this location. I just so happened to be in the neighborhood so I decided to do my returns here. I'm so glad I did. I now will be going out of the way to use their services. They walked my items to my car and didn't rush me at all despite me having a lot of work for them. They even got me the best value on their products. Thanks so much, y'all!

Claim they delivered my package but when I asked for proof either a photo or signature they were unable to comply I think they stole it it being my package

Absolutely inappropriate customer service. I have never been left more speechless than when I walked out of this store. The level of professionalism is non-existent. The employee scanning my amazon returns made a remark on my returns of unopened baby bottles and said "I need those." He proceeded to ask me "what's up with yall and yall postpartum depression." We further exchanged our points of views of how challenging is it is for a new mother who recently had a baby. He expressed how hard it is for him since he's the one who has to put the baby to sleep.As a mother who recently had a baby few months ago and suffering from severe postpartum depression and anxiety, this is absolutely unacceptable. First, to make a comment like that to a woman, disrespecting all mothers, and to downplay the severity of postpartum depression. Second, then make those type of remarks to a customer suffering from severe postpartum depression & postpartum anxiety is atrocious. I will never return to this store. I will share my experience with the New Orleans / Metairie / Harahan group of moms to not set foot in this location. No mother should receive this type of treatment or engagement at a store when they are simply just trying to ship or return something. Moms already endure enough after having a baby, the last thing they need is this type of behavior and interaction at a UPS store that could easily send a mom suffering from postpartum symptoms over the edge. Do better UPS. Hire better staff or just have basic common knowledge and decency. Or better yet, just do your job and be professional.Your UPS Mission Statement " To provide solutions and world class customer service."The experience I had at this location provided more problems and world's worst customer service.

I literally could not wait for this location to open. It was right after Hurricane Ida, if I remember correctly. All I knew was that I needed a secure place to receive my mail. I was the very first person to obtain a mailbox at this location. EVERYONE was extremely helpful with the process. I paid for two years upfront and received three months for free. I have not had one negative experience and don't expect to. I still see some of the familiar faces that were there the day I opened my box. Employees and managers are always pleasant and helpful. They are also very knowledgeable about the business. It's not just a place to receive your mail. They email me when I have packages etc They have all sorts of services available I.e printing and copying and more! I will not wait until my contract is up to sign up for another two years. LOVE THESE GUYS AND GALS. Keep up the good work! You are appreciated!!!

By far the most efficient UPS store I’ve ever been to! The ladies here were so helpful and friendly. I was in and out with an Amazon return in two minutes. The reserved parking in front for UPS customers came in handy!
