Just left well over $200.00 in product on the counter by the entrance due to your obnoxiously rude employees. The NARS rep was the most professional employee in the building. Too bad I had a question about another brand.

First of all, the store was in a disaster state. There were so many empty shelves and carts full of products that needed to be stocked. Then, when I was checking out, the cashier was so insanely rude. I told her I didn't want to give her my phone # or email address, and she said that if I don't give her that information then their return policy is null and void? WHAT? I have a hard time believing this. She rolled her eyes, didn't say thank you, and then muttered something under her breath. I was pretty horrified. I will go to Sephora next time. How do such people have jobs?

Nice store abysmal customer service if they’re busy. There is no system to track or triage people. Just left to trek a few miles toSephora after 3 people passed the buck onto someone else & no one would look in a cabinet to see if it had the product I was after. Don’t do it- head to lakeside instead!

Went to Ulta looking for new foundation and was greeted and helped by 2 awesome women Glynn Renee and Jade in the Clinique area. They helped me find the right shade and coverage. They were both so pleasant and helpful.

Today my 16 year old niece and I were shopping when I niece was confronted by a rude customer who had the nerve to not only curse her out but shoved her when they were both on a isle looking at different things. When my niece found me and made me aware of the situation she was very upset crying and caught a panic attack. I voiced my thoughts very loudly so ever could hear me so whomever it was is more than welcome to come to me as an adult vs cursing out a child. There were 2 very sweet staff members who saw her crying and came to find out what happened. She explained what happened but by this time this naive woman had left the store. Both staff members made sure she was ok and kept apologizing for something none of them did. Or any employee of Ulta. I really do appreciate them for helping to try to keep her mind off what had just happened and even making her laugh.

I went in for a haircut yesterday and I just wanna say Marissa did such an amazing job on my hair like seriously thanks to her I feel so confident and brand new. Definitely will be back I never had a stylist focus so much to detail and going back making sure it was even before having me hop off the chair. Made me feel like my hair was in good hands ?

Elmwood Salon (Louisiana) - Andy Parker is the best colorist/stylist I have ever had. I highly recommend him. I always enjoy my time in his chair and look forward to my next appointment. He offers input when I want to change my hairstyle, and has suggested products to protect my hair from the effects of the brutal sun that we have here. I don't want anyone else ever doing my hair.
