The store on Manhattan is great. They took their time and didn’t rush me. Leanna and my representative (I forgot his name) were informative, helped me pick out what was right for me.

My mother upgraded her phone at this store. She was told that a monthly $17 insurance is required on her new phone. That was false. It seems the store is incentivized to signup customers for phone insurance. The sales associate deceived my mother in order to meet the incentive. After a lengthy phone call with ATT corporate, they acknowledged that insurance is never a required product and credited my mother back for the unnecessary insurance charge.

Sean C was the rep who greeted me immediately when entering the store & promptly handled my situation with professionalism and impressive efficiency. I was EXTREMELY frustrated after spending my entire lunch on the phone with a FirstNet representative, but Sean quickly defused the situation by how valued he made me feel and how he conducted himself. My "temporary regret" for having just switched from Sprint/T-mobile after 24 years to AT&T turned to total satisfaction thanks to the way Sean rectified my problem. Much appreciation for Sean C!
