Unfortunately, bad service. I received a broken SIM card that did not work. When I told them, they asked me to pay for it again. Then he left me and went and sat in the car. I have work and I was late for work because of bad service. In the end, they took the right to the SIM card from me 5.46. This is my right and the complaint is not from me. I have been dealing with you for 7 years and I pay $210 a month. It seems that I will look for another company because of this mistake.

They need more Representatives like the lady who went out of her way to help me out and she was very knowledgeable and helpful to get someone who had the capability of knowing her job and took care of everything I asked her about and she was extremely polite and very helpful and I am sure that she made my day so much better than before I went to the Store and I am so glad to have been able to get a great person and to have everything I needed done and with the best personality and I was very pleased to have gotten lucky to get her to do such a wonderful job that put a smile on my face and she was smiling as well. Thanks again for the opportunity to meet with a Great Customer Service Representative like this young lady with the most important thing to be interested in my satisfaction and she went beyond what I expected ? ? I cannot think of the Representative that helped me yesterday but I did call the Store to let one of of her co-workers know what I had finally got to say all the best for her and the way I was helped by her and I was able to get someone to pass it on to her and thanked her for the opportunity to be helped by a Great Representative and how she put a smile on my face and I left the store I was in a much better mood and it was very nice to have a good person with a wonderful way to turn a bad hair and everything else on my venture to get some thing's done and kept running into everything that wasn't going right for me and then I had a better drive to get home even in the worst traffic you could imagine ?. Thanks AT&T and I am not as in the mood for choosing AT&T because I have been getting a lot of wrong information and will be happy when I am a new customer in a couple month's time then I will be able to relax and not worry about everything going wrong with the plan I have with AT&T and it will be very helpful for a worry wart who is on a fixed income and I'm lucky to get through every month and I am always happier after my bills are all paid and I have food for me and my puppy girl's and enough gas for the month and an extra $20.00 just to make sure I have a little something for anything unexpected ?

On Saturday, September 30, 2023, I visited the AT&T store located at 1831 Manhattan Blvd, Harvey, LA 70058, following a recommendation from the online customer service due to a technical issue with my new iPhone 15 device.Unfortunately, I had an encounter with two staff members, a young man and a young lady. These staff members displayed significant rudeness, leading to an unpleasant initial encounter and a negative impression due to their lack of politeness.Following the young lady's attitude, I expressed my regret for switching from T-Mobile to AT&T, to which she responded by suggesting I should return to T-Mobile.Furthermore, the young man blocked my path as I was leaving and impolitely instructed me to exit from a different direction.I recently switched from T-Mobile to AT&T, but I regret encountering rude individuals at the AT&T store on Manhattan Blvd in Harvey, LA. They declined the service and I just wasted my time.People with negative attitudes or racist beliefs should not be allowed to directly interact with customers.I recommend considering alternative AT&T stores to save your times.

We “were” Verizon customers, until yesterday, when we entered their store and had an unpleasant experience… also, their rates continued to increase and the customer service was really lacking and bordering on rude.We're already AT&T internet and cable service customers, so we just crossed the street from the Verizon store (literally) and were greeted by Mason P., when we entered the AT&T store. His customer service was phenomenal!!.. he was friendly, patient, knowledgeable, was able to match us with the right plan for our family and for a much more reasonable rate. He went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied.We're now excited to be with AT&T for our phone service

AT&T is unable to provide service to my home due to the previous owner, not disconnecting my services. I cannot believe that a company such as AT&T cannot discontinue the previous owners services so that I can start my services. I am unable to get television and Internet services. This is unacceptable!

They love bashing other stores so you'd only go there. I think it's extremely distasteful.
