“I have gone for services at this Harvey location for 6 years. I always drop off my vehicle and they provide transportation to work. The staff has changed over the years and yet the service remains friendly and good. I feel like I am in good hands with the team and so is my vehicle. They service so many cars everyday and still have time to do a good job with mine. I don’t have any other shop to compare, but the prices are a bit high. “Went there today to see my friend that's the auto technician so he could check my truck for me and he was working a a motor he is swapping out for one of his good customers the car came from up north and a lot of things had rust on them he was sand blasting and the painting them for the customer and he also told me that unlike most shops what ever the warranty is the get on a part they pass on to the customer where most shops it 3 months 3000 miles parts and labor warranty”

“If I could give MJ 20 stars I would! I’ve used them a few times before moving out of state & recently purchased a pre-owned vehicle that needed an alignment, a few days before I decided to drive in from TN to visit family, & have my alignment by MJ my check engine light came on I immediately drove the 6 hrs home & brought the car to him. It was only a bad fuse or something, he did an oil change, alignment, tire rotation, & topped off all my fluids for under $200. I originally brought my 2008 Kia amanti to him bc I was having some issues with it & was debating on selling it or fixing it & driving it to TN, after leaving the car with MJ for a half a day he got the car in working order & informed me that it would cost more than the car was worth to fix everything. He was my 3rd mechanic I went too & the only one who was honest enough to tell me not to waste my money. I will continue to bring my vehicles to him. He’s honest, reliable, knowledgeable, and relatively inexpensive.”
“Both the batteries on my 2021 F250 diesel were toast. I called Jessica, the Service Advisor, in the Diesel Shop and she had me bring my truck in that same morning - I was expecting to have to make an appointment - and a few hours later I was back on the road.
It took a little longer than expected because Robert, the Technician/Mechanic noticed that one of the new batteries had a gouge in the side, so instead of just installing it (I likely wouldn't have noticed immediately) he was conscientious and diligent enough to get another battery. Vehicle issues never happen at a good time, but Jessica and Robert made it painless and were a pleasure to deal with. They a credit to the Ford of Harvey dealership! Thank you both!”

“I give Westbank lube and auto five star because they do deserve it. I brought my jeep to them one day because they all light kept coming on even though it was full of oil they diagnosed it quickly as a oil sending sensor they had to take several parts off the bottom of the engine to replace the sensor, including the oil filter, the air condition compressor the filter bracket just to change the sensor. I had sat and waited and within about two hours they had the sensor change and all the parts back on the light went out the truck jeep ran perfect.
That was about four years ago.
Suddenly, two days last week, the engine stopped running while sitting at a red light after trying to start it several times engine crank up the next day. It did the same thing I brought it to where my lube and auto. Within 15 to 20 minutes they diagnosed the problem as throttle body and valve cover gasket. I told him fix it in 2 1/2 hours. They had all the new parts on my jeep runs like new. They have competitive pricing, and they are spot on with the diagnosis I would recommend needs a mechanic to go to Westbank lube and auto. My jeep runs better than it did ever since I bought it.”

The Radiator shop handled the job and priced the job before doing the work so there where no surprises of added cost at the end. They got the job done in a timely manner and were in touch with us through the process. I highly recommend this company.”
