“Went there today to see my friend that's the auto technician so he could check my truck for me and he was working a a motor he is swapping out for one of his good customers the car came from up north and a lot of things had rust on them he was sand blasting and the painting them for the customer and he also told me that unlike most shops what ever the warranty is the get on a part they pass on to the customer where most shops it 3 months 3000 miles parts and labor warranty”
“This is probably one of the best tire shops on the West Bank for speed and any type of tire replacement. I used them over 15 times in a few years. Their service is outstanding. This morning I had two flat tires on one of my box trucks and decided to use someone closer to where I was at, so I decided to stop by NTB. After they’re leaving my vehicle there three hours later, they called me and said that their 4-ton jacks could not lift the truck. I’ll pick my vehicle up and went down the road to these guys on lapalco, and they had the vehicle lifted up in the air with a 3-ton jack with no problem and had my tires changed out within 20 minutes.

“My 80 year old father had a tire blow out which caused massive damage to brake system and suspension. They not only fixed everything, they took the trouble to find a used matching rim and fender flare and installed it. This car is 20 years old. The price was much lower than their original estimate. He also bought 4 new tires and got an oil change. I could not believe they did all the repairs in 4 days. Highly recommend. I now have a mechanic I can trust from here on out.”

“After two different companies failed attempts at aligning my Silverado 2500HD and blaming it on just about everything short of air temperature, I listened to a friend when he said take it to Crane and Templet. I can’t say enough good things about everyone there. They identified worn parts that needed to be replaced before they could work their magic. I went home replaced the parts, brought it back to them, and lo and behold it’s aligned. I will recommend Crane and Templet to anyone who will listen and will also be bringing the rest of my vehicles there.”
“Both the batteries on my 2021 F250 diesel were toast. I called Jessica, the Service Advisor, in the Diesel Shop and she had me bring my truck in that same morning - I was expecting to have to make an appointment - and a few hours later I was back on the road.
It took a little longer than expected because Robert, the Technician/Mechanic noticed that one of the new batteries had a gouge in the side, so instead of just installing it (I likely wouldn't have noticed immediately) he was conscientious and diligent enough to get another battery. Vehicle issues never happen at a good time, but Jessica and Robert made it painless and were a pleasure to deal with. They a credit to the Ford of Harvey dealership! Thank you both!”
