“Great experience. Shane was great. Needed 5 tires on my camper trailer. Called and Ordered tires 2 days before. Shane let me know when he received them. I Came in, had a nascar pit stop waiting for me. 5 tires balanced and installed, bearings greased, in and out the door in 30 minutes.”

“I brought in my Cadillac SRX 2014, to this auto shop for repairs of my ABS light, and my push start ignition part going bad, and they repaired it. This auto shop, was the only place that was able to fix my car, without over pricing. Moving forward they will be the only place, I will be doing business with. “Went there today to see my friend that's the auto technician so he could check my truck for me and he was working a a motor he is swapping out for one of his good customers the car came from up north and a lot of things had rust on them he was sand blasting and the painting them for the customer and he also told me that unlike most shops what ever the warranty is the get on a part they pass on to the customer where most shops it 3 months 3000 miles parts and labor warranty”

“After two different companies failed attempts at aligning my Silverado 2500HD and blaming it on just about everything short of air temperature, I listened to a friend when he said take it to Crane and Templet. I can’t say enough good things about everyone there. They identified worn parts that needed to be replaced before they could work their magic. I went home replaced the parts, brought it back to them, and lo and behold it’s aligned. I will recommend Crane and Templet to anyone who will listen and will also be bringing the rest of my vehicles there.”

“This is a good place to get an oil change. They are quick and they reset your service light. They check all your fluids and top off your tires if they need any air. The price is decent.”
“Amazing service and easily one of the best tire shops on the West Bank, especially when you need fast service or any type of tire replacement. I have used them more than 15 times over the past few years, and their service has always been outstanding.
This morning, I had two flat tires on one of my box trucks. I tried going somewhere closer and left the truck at NTB. Three hours later, they called and said their 4-ton jacks could not lift it. I picked the truck up, went down the road to these guys on Lapalco, and they lifted it with a 3-ton jack without any problem. Both tires were changed within about 20 minutes.
Their prices are great, the staff is trustworthy and helpful, and it is definitely worth skipping the big chain shops and supporting this family-owned business. Both locations are excellent. One specializes in oil changes, while the other handles just about everything, including oil changes.
AJ is definitely the best person to deal with and always takes care of you. Highly recommended!”

“Brought in a powerlifting combo rack to be stripped and coated on Friday. It was ready Tuesday. They unloaded it from my truck while I filed paperwork. When I arrived for pickup, the rack was wrapped on a pallet ready to load in the truck. The black satin finish was fantastic. I will certainly recommend them to anyone as I will be a follow up customer should need arise.

“Both the batteries on my 2021 F250 diesel were toast. I called Jessica, the Service Advisor, in the Diesel Shop and she had me bring my truck in that same morning - I was expecting to have to make an appointment - and a few hours later I was back on the road.
It took a little longer than expected because Robert, the Technician/Mechanic noticed that one of the new batteries had a gouge in the side, so instead of just installing it (I likely wouldn't have noticed immediately) he was conscientious and diligent enough to get another battery. Vehicle issues never happen at a good time, but Jessica and Robert made it painless and were a pleasure to deal with. They a credit to the Ford of Harvey dealership! Thank you both!”
