Zero stars!!! Don’t believe these positive reviews. How much did Bill Washington pay you people to tell these lies? Anyone can post what they want here. First of all they never answer the phone. All you get is a recording. He doesn’t follow up. Poor customer service. If you want an agent who actually cares about the customer, find someone else. He’s a wolf in sheep’s clothing. Beware!!!

If you don't pay for accident forgiveness you dont have it. I found this out the hard way... I felt it was unfair because I didn't know it wasn't a company perk but a bad on and noone offered it prior to my accident
