I called up and asked specifically if there was a long way and they said there was no wait at all. I booked an appointment and got here on time. When I got there, the guy said there was at least a two hour wait before they would even look at my car. Needless to say, I will never go here again. That's bad service

I received an email stating tires were buy 3 get 1 free. I chose my tires online and made the appointment and received a confirmation of the pricing on the tires and the appointment. I arrived 15 minutes prior to the appointment and was told that I did not have an appointment. They said that they could take the car anyway. I said ok then check the tires and let me know if I need tires. One hour later they come to tell me I need tires and that 4 tires installed would be $1500 without a front end alignment, which was not what my confirmation email stated. Fortunately I found the e-mail and showed the man that the quote was $1059.56 for four tires installed and with a front end alignment. He said that he would check with the parts dept to see if they ordered and received the tires and he came back and said that yes they received worded and they are in. He then said it would be 1-1.5 hours to install and here I sit 3 hours since I arrived and I'm still waiting. This is very poor customer service and they were trying to get several hundred dollars above my quote from me. That is no way to treat a widow. Never again.

These staffs work here is kind of lazy. I tried to make an appointment with them and they hung up after asking for VIN number but after their "go ahead" then hung up. So such!!! Please don't go to this shop if you would like your best service. I hope that they will no longer have any customer. Peace.

Avoid at all costs. HORRIBLE servicing. They also conveniently ignored my email regarding it. I guess when you pay just to get your car back, they don't care anymore. An oil change turned into a $3,400 job blamed on me due to their amateur over tightening of my oil filter. I have a big oil stain on the panel below and they claim "it is not an oil leak". What new vehicle leaks ANY oil at all? This was FAR more than a few drops from an oil change. It appears they were trying to cover up a slow leak and not pay for it. It also sounds like they had to chisel out the oil filter due to what the advisor said and then backpedaled and said they didn't chisel it out. This is the only explanation for getting a crack in the housing. It took days to get my vehicle back. I can't trust them.

this is the second time I have brought my tundra to don bohn Toyota. Just like the first time I have another dent on the bumper on passenger side. I complained the first time they told me they did not see anything on camera. Ok I take special care of my truck there was no dent when I brought it to them.Please don't send coupons to me. I will pay more to someone else. This is it my truck and car will not be serviced there anymore.

The Service is good but none of the techs or service advisor at this Bohn Toyota location (Marrero, LA) know about dash cam that's beep when the 2023 TOYOTA SIENNA is turned on. Every service advisor say different things. We all know that everything is in the palm of our hands (online & et)...It's time for a change. Start doing everything (i.e. sending service invoice, payment, & more) online. Send invoices via customers email..NO PAPE! LET'S SAVE TREES, POLLUTION, ENERGY, & ATMOSPHER! #GEAUX GREEN!!

I needed an oil change and they gave me an oil change, new wiper refills, air filter, cabin filter, topped off my fluids, air in my tires, and a new serpentine belt! I'm happy with it. Keeps my vehicle running and gets me where I need to be! It sure beats buying a new vehicle

Not really sure why all four brakes were changed when I asked for only the front brakes to be changed !!!!!!!!! Money is tight and the wear on the rear brakes was not bad enough to change at this time. By the time I signed the paperwork to pick up my car the brakes were already completed. All I as is that Bohn Toyota do what I ask not what makes them an extra 200-300 dollars. Other then that great service and experience
