Legit every person they hire has to be getting different training! Every new person has new rules! I've been coming to this store the last 4yrs. I stopped coming a while back because of this same reason! So now I'm over it again! I'll drive to Marrero before I come here smh

I live not too far from this location of Brothers. They never have fountain drink cups and lids. I have stopped for months to get my $100 dollars of fuel because of the convenience. The staff is always rude. Someone should make the staff clean instead of sitting with long faces. I always give businesses a chance to change. I think several months is enough. I won't stop again.

Asked for meat pies and I was given crawfish pies. When I told the young lady she had given me crawfish pies instead of meat pies she was very rude and tossed my bag on the counter. Very very rude people working at this location. Will not go there again.

Ok I understood limiting the certain gars yall don't get many of or whatever but tonight I was told I'm only allowed to buy 3 gars Period! Like how you limit what I can buy, also why would you not want the money? Completely stupid decision as a business! I stopped coming here for a while before but I started back because why should I have to drive outside my neighborhood for a quick store run... but here we are again I'll just take my business elsewhere!!

The the lack of proper English spoken by higher administration is very poor to say the least. Not only at this location is it absolutely horrible when it comes to speaking English but many other Brother’s locations as well. Fluent English speaking workers need to be enforced at all locations. Also, I’ve had unauthorized money taken from this location multiple times. I’ve went to the manager and then upper authority with this issue to receive very poor customer service reaction to say I was a consumer who’s money was stolen from the company! Nevertheless, as time has passed many others have experienced the same with their money & Brother’s unauthorized actions.

I was lucky enough to walk in as soon as the lady brought up a fresh batch of chicken tenders. They were bomb!!! Definitely on par with Canes. Everything else is nothing special but them chicken tenders definitely surprised me with how good they were. Try them out!
