Donnie, on the other hand, was not so attentive. My husband was not aware the an appointment was needed to see someone for geek squad(That’s our fault). Instead of letting us know, Donnie proceeded to disregard his presence. When he finally got the opportunity to address my husband, he simply asked “do you have an appointment,” And before my husband could answer, he walked away to help a woman who claimed she was there first. Outside of that no eye contact was made, nor did he verbally say it was appointment ONLY. But he did put the “Appointments only. Walkins welcome with appointment made online” post on the TV AFTER the fact. Never verbally instructed him on WHAT TO DO. My husband was not too happy about that experience. While we both understand why it’s appointment only, customer service is soooo important to us and Donnie definitely dropped the ball.”

Patrick called the store in Metairie, since his store was out of stock, and had them just switch the part out for us, instead of bringing entire chair back. Danielle at Metairie store was great also.”
