I was assisted by Josh he was more than helpful more than patient. I took about 2 1/2 hours to get what I needed. He was knowledgeable and he made sure that I left satisfied, very professional very outgoing. I was truly a pressure being assisted.

Horrible experience at the Conn's on the Eastern Bypass in Montgomery. Sales associates are apparently misinformed regarding store policies about purchases and returns. PLEASE!! get a really good understanding before purchasing the "Extended Warranty" that seemingly the associates get a bonus for how many they can sell customers. In my opinion it's a rip ;off...thumbs down. Very poor customer service; I sat in the store for three hours waiting for an issue to be resolved.. No customer wants to sit in a store and be ignored while the "sales associate" is on the phone pretending to be resolving the issue. Where is the STORE MANAGER?? Furniture and appliances are poor quality. I would not waste my hard earned dollars there anymore. Lesson learned.

Tracie was amazing, friendly and fun to be served by. I came in 10/20/23 for a specific GE refrigerator that CONN’s had on their showroom floor last year when I purchased my GE stove from them. Understandably, the particular model was no longer out but now it was a matter of finding another one that suited my needs and fit into my home. Tracie was amazing with assisting me in taking measurements and doing some searching for other GE refrigerators(I settled on one). Well, she was doing so good, I decided to get a mattress set and a bedroom set as well. Total was about $4200 pretax and somewhat seemed like a fair deal for all of the furniture I was getting for my house. Then, Cory came over and with his mixture of nonchalance and unprofessionalism, she lost 2/3 of her sale in a matter of minutes(I decided to go ahead with the refrigerator). Also, I called today because I realized the delivery charge was $100 more than quoted and I didn’t think it was necessary to keep on an almost $400 warranty for an $1100 refrigerator that doesn’t come with an ice/water dispenser. Corey once again showed his unprofessional side, transferred me to customer service who then transferred me directly back to the store saying it was a store issue. After speaking to a woman at the store(Not Tracie) she told me I had to come in to make any changes. That’s virtually impossible seeing as I work in Hoover half the week and don’t get home until the latter part of the week which is when the delivery was scheduled for. So I asked her to cancel the whole order and I could hear her speaking to Corey who was in the background laughing and then she proceeded to tell me I also had to come in to cancel the order. After stating once again, I wanted to cancel and I wasn’t coming in, she said, “okay, it’ll be cancelled”. That was over an hour ago and I’ve received no email update.

5 Stars for the Manhattan Conn’sThe atmosphere was really nice… All the staff were friendly and welcomed me each time I visited the Manhattan Conn’sStore. My Salesperson Nick is a Rockstar!! Very knowledgeable , good energy and was very patient with me in my indecisiveness. I would certainly purchase again from Manhattan Conn’s and will refer my family and friends to your establishment. I've done business with the company for years and spent thousands of dollars, but when I needed them most they let me down. I have chime for my direct deposit, and they refused to sell me ac units because I didn't have a brick and mortar bank. I have grandchildren and elderly there and they had to sweat until I could get the window units. I'm directing all free masons and shriners to buy from anywhere but this ripoff company. Maybe when they lose 20 or thirty percent of their market share, they will treat people right!!!

Website states they’re open at 9am on Saturday. So I arrived at 9:10 and they were closed. So I went to Home Depot next door looking for appliances. Then went back at 10:15 and store was still closed. So Home Depot got my business. And Conn’s not only lost my $4k sale today, but all my business in the future as well.
