I am extremely disappointed with this Urgent Care facility. The posted holiday times proved to be inaccurate, causing inconvenience. This issue urgently needs to be addressed for the benefit of all patients.

Website says open for holidays. It even let's you check-in online. Then when you show up, there is a sign on the door saying closed for holidays.

Not impressed. Went during the weekday; no one there but us. During rooming, my tiny child had an adult extra large (not kidding) blood pressure cuff applied. I made a comment about it being too big and made the tech remove it after it tried to reinflate because it was too big! When the tech took it off, an adult large blood pressure cuff was then applied. We're talking on a tiny child who barely weighs 68 lbs with tiny arms the size of a five year old. The first cuff kept reinflating because it was HUGE and with the second, the line on the cuff was out of range (duh) and I wouldn't let the tech use it. I had it removed. The tech said they didn't have any pediatric size cuffs in the urgent care. That's crazy! The tech was SUPER sweet however and very nice. So... my child had a nasal swab by the tech to screen for flu. The lady in reception said these are done in house and take about 15 minutes. We weren't seen by the healthcare provider after this for at least 30-35 minutes. When we were finally seen (after I went into the hall to look for staff), it felt like the healthcare provider rushed in and rushed out. I didn't feel like we were very valued and it was NOT super helpful. Even though we were swabbed for flu only, the LHCP said the strep swab was negative. We never had a strep swab? I was never told the clinical impression or diagnosis. We were never asked about if we were exposed to anything contagious, if others around us had been sick, or if we recently flew on a plane; all of which did happen (flew five days ago, exposed to three people who were contagious, and one was positive for flu.) I had to literally ask as many things that popped in my head as I could under pressure as the provider was rushing out. As a nurse, there is a standard of care, even at a minimum, and this was way below that minimum. Very disappointed and will never go back. Highly recommend you go else where. DON'T take pediatric patients here! They also don't mask anyone coming in suspected of having flu or coughing so, you may just leave with more than you come with. It was also VERY hot in the clinic and rooms with not air circulating. And my child... well my child has had unexplained fever (with very minimal other symptoms/no respiratory symptoms) for three days and we now have to go to another visit at a different clinic tomorrow!! So, more money for us and she still feels awful!!

The staff was very professional and pleasant to speak with. The wait was short before seeing the doctor and she was attentive to the reason for the visit. If needed again, this will be the first stop. Thanks so much!!

I had a great experience here from the front desk to the Dr. They were compassionate and best of all I was in and out with everything I needed within an hour! I will definitely go back for any urgent care needs!

This clinic is a part of the new Access2Day with BCBS. Service was prompt with practically no wait time. Facility was spotless and easy to find. Physician took her time with me and clearly explained condition and meds. Definitely recommend and will return when needed.
