“If I could give 10 stars I would. Went here after leaving Apple Store, they actually did a thorough diagnostic on MacBook Pro fixed it within two days and only charged me fraction of the price Apple was tryna charge me. The best repair service and the customer service is top tier , they are super nice and down to earth.”

“Called to get a quote about getting my charging port fixed and how long it would take to do, I was told to bring it in to let them look at it and see if it just needed to be cleaned before going forward with the repair. I had recently cleaned it myself but figured I’d bring it in just to see what the conclusion would be and see when I could get it fixed. The guy helping me said he’d take a look at it and clean it up just to see if it would help, he had my phone for about 15 minutes cleaning it with everything he had just to make sure I didn’t need the repair. Turns out I just had a corroded charging pin and he was able to clean it up and send me on my way FREE of charge. Very professional and informative place that I recommend for anyone who needs electronics repaired.”

“The tech (who I assume is the owner) is very knowledgeable, kind, and efficient in his diagnosis. Prices are fare and job is done quickly. I feel like I better understand how phone pieces work so anything that is done I know is done correctly. No more Apple Genius Bar for me!”

“I didn't officially bring my TV in, but I called with an issue and Colleen gave me honest feedback, didn't try to Duke me for money, and recommended to me to purchase a new TV. I appreciate good honest customer service. If I ever had any issues in the future, I would use them just because of this experience!”

“Positively stellar experience! Brought them a 22 year-old Star Wars collectible with electronics that had stopped working. Called them first to see if they thought they could tackle it. Dropped it off with them and got a phone call LESS THAN TWO HOURS LATER saying it was fixed. WORKS PERFECTLY. Delightful folks. Straight-forward and easy to deal with. Absurdly reasonable price. Would not hesitate to use them again. GREAT EXPERIENCE. Highly recommended.”
