“Recently, I lost my left Samsung ear bud! I only needed the left one and ordered it online from a company that had “like new” ear buds where I could order just the left one. It arrived and would not pair with my existing right ear bud or my iPhone. I tried the online company’s instruction and also to call for help to no avail so I sent it back for another left ear bud. It arrived and the same thing happened. It would not pair with my right one or my iPhone. Since I originally bought these Samsung ear buds at an AT&T store I wen there. But the rep did not know how to pair them. He suggested going to the Asurion Tech & solutions store on Magazine in New Orleans. I went there and Alvin the clerk at Asurion worked trying to pair the two ear buds with my iPhone for about 25 minutes trying different thins. But none of those worked until he downloaded an update and voila! The ear buds were paired with me iPhone. I was elated and asked how much was the charge and he said nothing! Shocked I said I have to pay you something for your time. I only had $10 cash on me because I always pay with my credit card. He did not want to take it but I made him. Next time you need tech service ask for Alvin at the Asurion store on Magazine. I cannot promise you free service but they will find a solution to your problem!”

“Kevin, the owner, came to my house to repair my 45 year old Casablanca "Victorian" ceiling fan. He diagnosed it as needing a new capacitor and he took the fan apart to get to it , installed a new one, then reattached the blades and 5 light assembly. It works perfectly again and I was well pleased with his expert ability and also the amount he charged me. I highly recommend him.”

“I was hesitant to go because of the reviews. All I needed was a diagnostic run on my computer. Made an appointment to drop it off and picked it up the next day via appointment. I’m not sure why people don’t read the receipt given to them. It explicitly explains how they run their business. Although it’s different, I got what I needed done and was treated pleasantly.”
