The staff here is amazing. I couldn’t ask for a better rental place than these guys. They stay on top of my rental and always reached out to me with any discrepancies from my insurance company. Staff was very kind and very caring. Kudos to all you guys for all what you do. You truly went above and beyond to make my visit here a lasting one. You all deserve a raise or a bonus.. haha. But truthfully, associates like these are hard to find. You are all DIAMONDS in my eyes. Thank you for such a pleasant experience.

The Jeep Compass I rented had issues. For one while on Interstate 10 the car stop accelerating I had to let the car slowlly get off the interstate thankfully I did not panic. Secondly the engine light came on and there was a message saying the car needed an oil change. If I rent again from Enterprise I do not want a JEEP COMPASS.

Excellent employees! I needed to rent a car for a few months due to my auto accident. They didn't have a similar car to my SUV. It was poor timing on a Friday and they had one car they found for me. They switched me to something else twice until they found me a similar SUV that I drive. The employees are always willing and able to help!

My rental experience was awsome. Kirsten (KK/Trina) had patience with me and took care of me, even though it was very crowded, she was cool and calm—-AWSOME customer service. Isaiah was awsome also. Thank you guys very much.

Worst experience ever. I used enterprise multiple times in the past, never had an issue. But this location was the worse one I ever visited. After my car accident, I rented a car through faulty party's insurance company. The front desk person told me that the insurance was covering everything including the protection on the vehicle. I gave them my declaration page from my insurance company. Before I left, I wanted to make sure all was good and I wasn't going to pay anything extra out of pocket. The lady at the front desk told me all good, if anything changes they will call me. 28 days later, I returned the car, not a single receipt or anything. One month later I got charged 397 dollars on my credit card. When I confronted them about it, first they said that lady in the front desk got fired for some reason which is not my fault, and nothing they can do about it. Enterprise never contacted me and told me anything about the coverage was not covered by the insurance company, matter fact the declaration page email I sent to this front desk person from my own insurance company was never even processed or anything like that. I contacted the insurance company and they also refused the pay and said Enterprise should have disclosed this info with you. I was not disclosed anything by enterprise, the staff and even the corporation that I contacted were very rude about it, acted like it was my fault. If I knew that the insurance company was not covering the costs, I would never accept the additional protection. So here I am out of $397 dollars and I will never use enterprise again. I felt like I got scammed and I spent a lot of money with them over the years. They need to train their staff and management. Do not let these people take advantage of you.
