Today I went to return some items. No one greeted me and when I asked about a particular item, they were very blunt and dismissive. Others were greeted after me. The store is junky and cluttered. I won’t be back to this location. The staff scheduled this morning on 9/2/ 25 at this location have the personality of a wet mop. Black lady, white girl and black guy. Please go to the back and rewatch the HR video on proper customer service etiquette. I think y’all slept through that one.

Closed for inventory during regular hours. I've been in management for years and haven't heard of such a thing. Do inventory the 12 hours that you're closed between closing and opening or do it while open.

Used to love this location. However they have a ton of "self checkouts" that now require an employee to check you out. There's ONE employee doing this even with long lines. The employee working was friendly and definitely not her fault. It's these companies doing this. If you're not going to let people self check out just remove the registers. Go back to how you used to be. Miss having more items BELOW $5 as well. 5 Below definitely isn't what it used to be.
