I am deeply disappointed by the lack of support and resolution I have received from GNO FCU. Despite being a loyal customer, the credit union has failed to address a crucial issue regarding my car title.Last year, I paid off my car loan and the credit union claimed to have mailed the car title to me. However, it never arrived in the mail. They then requested that I file a "lost mail" claim with the post office, which I did. After a thorough investigation by the post office, it was determined that the title could not be located.What is most frustrating is that the credit union did not use proof of delivery when mailing the title. They now expect me to bear the burden of their mistake by paying a fee to obtain a new copy of the title at the DMV. Despite my attempts to explain this to them, they have shown a complete lack of responsibility and accountability.As a result of their negligence, I am left without proper documentation for my vehicle. It is disheartening to see a credit union, which should prioritize the needs and satisfaction of its customers, demonstrate such a lack of care.I hope that my experience serves as a warning to others considering doing business with this credit union. The lack of support, failure to take responsibility, and disregard for customer concerns make it clear that they do not prioritize their customers' best interests.I strongly advise seeking alternatives for your financial needs. It is essential to choose an institution that values its customers and is willing to provide the necessary support when issues arise.

I like the way they take care of business they really go out the way to be helpful I only wish they open early then 10am but other then that I wouldn't bank anywhere eles

3 days I tried calling wait time 10 minutes then 20 minutes later still holding!!!! HIRING PEOPLE TO ANSWER THE PHONE!!!!!!!!! Don’t have time to wait so if I needed to get in touch with someone fast it wouldn’t happen so I’ll take my business somewhere else!!!!
