Owner please contact me. I don’t know how I did it but I completely dropped the ball and messed up my pick up date. I could have down it was today it was yesterday and today you are closed. Can you please help me fix this major mistake on my part?

Absolutely awful experience. Workers were rude and outright ignorant. Treated every single person the same. Don’t have proper inventory to fulfill rentals so turned down every customer, rudely, for some made up reason. Time to file a class action against Hertz!

Adam Bush is the BESTEST face for Hertz you could ask for. He ALWAYS has a great attitude and a smile ? ALWAYS pleasant, even when other staff isn't. HE is the reason we have moved away from En*****. He also goes out of his way to be accommodating if possible.

If I could give a zero I would. Terrible customer service. I haven’t encountered a pleasant rep at this location in over a year. Few months ago I ubered to this location after making a reservation just to be told they were sold out. Fast forward to today, same thing. NO CARS!!! Received a text an hour before pick up that they were sold out of cars. Called in to get clarity on the matter and was placed on hold for 10mins, hung up and called back to get the same rep who couldn’t give an explanation on why they never have cars. SHUT THIS LOCATION DOWN!!! The employees don’t want to work anyway!!!

Absolutely the worst customer experience I've ever had in my life. Worse than going to McDonald's. Booked and paid online for a 6pm pickup. I get there and all 3 people were rude. The lady in the back rolled her eyes and said at 6 o clock what's your name. Then she finds my reservation and says we don't have tesla here. I said that's fine I just picked the cheapest car it showed online and asked for a different vehicle. She said not at 6 o clock. Then I asked how do I get a refund and with a tone that I was aggravating her said I would need to call customer service, she couldn't help. Will never use Hertz again.

Young lady very unprofessional, horrible customers, never went to a place of business and felt as if I was bothering the employee when I’m paying for a service…. Tell me there no renters available even after I had reservation… there were plenty vehicles on the lot and did not offer any alternatives

Nice car, price was nice, but I received a car that smelled like someone had smoked in, the agent was nice too, I would definitely rent from them again.

I have been coming to this location for years and never had a problem, always got good customer service. The two new ladies that have recently been hired are awful. They have zero customer service etiquette, are on their personal phones while rental is in progress, and really seem like they are not interested in helping customers...unbelievable.

Drove 40 minutes to pick up a vehicle that I reserved. Upon arrival the lady said "we don't have any cars."I asked do they not call customers when they overbook like this?.The lady said, "I didn't call you cause I thought I would have a car by now."Definitely horrible customer service.Now I'm getting a last minute car somewhere and paying double. Do yourself a favor, don't book at this Location.

They cancelled our reservation that I made weeks ago because they are “overbooked” and gave us no alternative. We are now stuck! They were not helpful or accommodating.

I went there trying to talk to them about renting a car and I sit there waiting on them to have time for me there was organizing keys looking for missing cars then I start negotiate a rental to make it two week full coverEach one of them throw me to anotherI sty they’re almost 40 minutes to watch how they operating with customers. I saw them running customers away and they acted like they own the place.The management need to change in this place because your employee have bad vibe with customers and they deal with customer according to the way they feelThe way thy reply to you when you have some question it’s like go F yourselfWe cant help you

Went there for my car told all they had left was electric. Even better I was being given it with only 100 range left. Look around have you seen a charger anywhere? Total mislead and made us miss an excursion . The manager had zero sympathy for our situation. Renter beware go to the airport it’s the same price and no high price Uber ride

horrible. they told us they had a car ready because we booked In advance. Called an Uber out to the location where they told us they wouldn't fulfill our reservation as they were "out of cars". avoid this place.
