This is my favorite First Horizon location. They have the friendliest staff that know you by name and greet you when you walk in! And they do every transaction in a very quickly and timely manner! I would never even consider going to any other bank! Definitely the best bank on the West Bank! I've been banking here 15 years and my Dad 30 or more!

The teller had an attitude, and seems very unprofessional, once you walk in , no one welcoming you at all , I kept standing there for almost 10 minutes before any employees asked me if I needed help , poor customer service, the branch is clean and neat but missing a lot of training in customer service.And they look at you like your nothing, whenever they ask a question they don’t even turn their head to look at youWill never consider them to open a account with them specially at this location

Zero Stars! The moment theybought and changed names with Iberia They started charging me money. No notice. SCAMMERS is the only word that comes to mind. If you plan on banking with them voluntarily just know that you will be paying fee's on everything and anything with no notice. I don't bank with people who take my money that to me is Stealing.

Worst bank I ever had the displeasure doing business with.They treated me like I didn't even belonged there.RUDE is not a strong enough word.I was cashing a cd.I intend to close every account I have there I'm sure they won't miss me.I know I won't. Miss them!

The Manager sets the tone... When I say tone I do not mean sweet sounds coming from their voice, I mean the uselessness of the staff across the board. I am so disappointed that I can no longer bank with my regular Iberia Bank branch in Gentilly, where they are helpful. Unfortunately, my office moved locations and now if I am to continue to bank with Iberia bank I must be subjected to sub par, undermining and simply pathetic customer service. From the bank manager to the tellers, they will not lift a finger to perform services that is even within their guidelines less none their job description.
