I just truly enjoy home improvement stores! They are my happy place! Lots of good clearance prices right now, especially Christmas! This one always has clean bathrooms!

Lots of employees watching me do their jobs for them. Zero registers open with cashiers. But , they do have employees watching me check myself out just standing around.

I placed an online order for over $500 the website tells me my order was being filled, I showed up at the suggested time frame to pick up my completed order at the front pickup or the location ware you need to go! To only find out my order was never filled, I had to spend atleast an hour searching and loading up my own lumber and sheetrock an other Miscellaneous things. I asked The manager in charge of overseeing my online order if I could have a free bottle of cold water for the intervenience she tells me no! Be careful with your online orders that supposedly ready for pickup!

Don’t waste your time buying appliances and scheduling a delivery from here. My washer and dryer was scheduled to be delivered on Saturday. I got a call on Friday saying that they couldn’t be delivered the next day due to their driver not having registration or insurance for the truck. They rescheduled my delivery for Monday, no big deal. Sunday comes along I get a call saying my items will be deliver tomorrow between 11:30am - 3:30pm. Well Monday comes along and it is 3:20pm and I haven’t received a call. So I call the customer service and the person the phone tells me that they haven’t received the washer and dryer at the store yet so it can’t be delivered yet. So I called back a short while later and they tell me the delivery time is between 9am and 9pm. Well it gets to be 8:30pm and I still haven’t been contacted for my items to be delivered. I called again and they told me the delivery team has already gone home for the day. No new delivery date is given and I ask to speak to a manager. The manager is not responding, so the customer service person takes my name and phone number down to give it physically to the manager. And I wait and wait and nothing. Now it is Tuesday and I still haven’t been reached out to in regards of my washer and dryer. So I call to see if I can get an update where my stuff is. No answers are given so I again request to speak to the manager and they pick up then quickly hang up! I proceed to call four more times and the same thing happens. I will not be buying products from here again, the service is terrible and you are left with no answers. The next step I will be doing is showing up in person because this is ridiculous for this type of service for the price I paid. Horrible, if I could give a zero star rating I would. Don’t waste your time.

The lady working customer service acted like it was an inconvenience to tell me how to ring up screws/bolts/washers. And she gets an attitude cause I don’t have an item number which clearly as a customer I didn’t know I needed an item number because I was unaware I needed so much to check out. Then on top of the disrespect from the lady at self checkout the “manager on duty” who was standing there hearing her worker disrespect me and decided to act clueless so I explained the story to her who seemed like she care only to ultimately do nothing. Terrible professionalism from a cashier in self checkout and even worse managing by the “manager on duty”

Tried to buy items two different times was not acknowledged by any of the sales associates. Stood at the register, waving someone down while all the associates just joked around and we’re talking to each other leaning on the counter, not acknowledging me Asked for a manager did not get a manager called on the phone. Try to get a manager could not get a manager left product by the front register two different times went to a different Lowes Metairie where I was heavily welcomed and greeted.

Ordered a utility trailer kit from Lowe's on line. $950+. 4 boxes. 3 eventually arrived badly beaten and missing pets with steel frame work bent and torn bolt holes. 1 box still a mystery. Called customer service. My options are to pay to have them pick it up or I car it to a store and put the 250 lbs of steel in a cart and push it in for a refund. I have pictures that they weren't interested in. Not happy.
