Working with Max Mortgage, LLC has been one of the best experiences by far. From being humble patient and supportive every step. Sending video step by step which also can work as training videos for yourself. I was not afraid to ask any question even if I felt dumb. No question was a dumb question. They did checkups to make sure I was okay through the process and just to make sure I was not overwhelmed. They fought for the best outcome for me instead of just telling me go with the first thing that was put on the table. Again this was a phenomenal experience I would have never believed that there was a business out there that could be so caring and helping anymore. Nowadays times are different but I'm very grateful to see that there's people out there who still care and love the work that they do. I want to tell them thank you again. Words cannot express. I would recommend them any day. If you're looking for a caring loan business I would tell you go with them. They have your best interest.

I am extremely grateful and excited to have witnessed a miracle take place, I can tell you from the moment I spoke with Mr.Charles on the phone some months ago about my particular housing situation he was all eyes and ears and spoke nothing but positivity. We had a unique situation that needed professionals who were great at what they do along with patience and an understanding of what we were up against and the time line that had to work for us. With he and his staffs help we were able to get approval for a great home, he kept us updated by sending texts, phone calls, emails and videos which were really informative and enlightening. I would recommend Mr.Charles and Max Mortgage to anyone who is looking to purchase a home and anyone who believes that they just can’t get a home due to a bad financial situation, just reach out to him and his team because you never know until you try!
