I usually love coming here and the food is always good. Today we came and when asked about the price of crawfish the waitress said $5.99. She even told the table behind me the same price. So imagine my surprise when I got the bill and found out the actual price was $8.49. I would have gotten the crawfish and opted for the blue crabs instead. Suggestion: Please provide all waitresses with the prices before they seat anyone. Totally dropped the ball on this one!!

While on vacation in New Orleans, ate dinner here. Had boiled crawfish, shrimp, corn, potatoes and sausage and it was excellent, and beer was ice cold!! Our waitress Jewel was great, showed us how to eat crawfish! Highly recommend!

Started with a dozen raw oysters and a stuffed Artichoke. The oysters were good but the Artichokes was dry and tasteless.Next were stuffed crabs and fried shrimp with curly fries.Crabs not good and Shrimp were okay. This place is more about boiled seafood hence the name next time I'll know better.

The food was wonderful, we came looking for a legit crawfish boil and we got it! Crawfish, shrimp and crab all great. As were the hush puppies. Only giving 4 stars because our server, Mona, just seemed like she did not want to be there at all. We had to flag her down to get anything. I get that people have “off” days but this was a bummer. Everyone else we witnessed seemed to have attentive waitstaff.

Been going here for about 20/25 years. Quality of boiled seafood has declined greatly over last couple of years. I got boiled crawfish tonight they were a nice size but tasted horrible. They were very dry and not seasoned well. Very disappointing. 10.99 per pound. Service always friendly.

Out all the local and known places that serve oysters by far, they are the best. This is one of my favorite restaurants I visit often. The seafood charboiled oysters are a must-have!

Welcome to New Orleans! We arrived at 6:30pm on Saturday, and wanted to get some seafood for dinner. We had picked three places and only Perino’s was open past 6:00 pm on a Saturday!I’d say do not look any further!!The service was great and the food was amazing!! We had crawfish, shrimp, both boiled and grilled, Dungeness crab, oysters with cheese and seafood, corn, and potatoes. Everything was so good!!The bbq shrimp are cooked in a buttery sauce that has a distinct taste, really great. They come with bread you certainly need to dip in the butter! The oysters are wow!! So darn good! The pitcher of beer and the glasses came frozen, which you see so rarely and it makes a great difference.Everyone laughs at me, but the corn here is cooked to perfection, proven by an award they’ve received for it!The atmosphere is different. It’s a chill place with a lot of hunting trophy animals on the walls. Not sure how that relates to seafood, but the minute you get your food you stop asking question, that don’t really need an answer ?Well definitely come back for more! Highly recommend!!Parking: Parking was super easy. They seem to have plenty of space, right out front the restaurant.

Absolutely love Perino's and all of the workers there. They are a group of the best people with the best personalities around. Perinos is always busy and packed, but they move fast, so you won't really have to wait. We love to sit at the bar area and enjoy the company of the owners, Mr. Sam and Mrs. Jenny also who do their fair share of working there still. They are definitely the backbone and the glue to perinos and enjoy it. We also love Heather and, of course, Ms. Mona, who have both been there for years with the other ladies and staff. There are just so many to name, but just pick one, and I bet you'll be satisfied with them, too. My favorite is the charbroiled seafood stuffed oysters and the crabclaw basket, and my husband is the dungeonous crabs ? and they automatically know our order as we sit down. Lol. And I can't forget about Mr. Teets singing at the end of the bar. So awesome!!Parking: Overflow parking is in the back of perinos if the front parking is full.Kid-friendliness: A lot of people bring their kiddos with them, and there is a kids menu.
