Well I call them for an appointment to have my oil change and filter and my fuel filter change and my tires rotated they gave me a exterminate cost of 269.00 dollars I just bought this truck from them in aug 15 mind you. I also wanted them to check my back up sensors they never work at all. Well when I went and pick up my truck 4 hours later they inform me they did not fix the sensors. Then they handed me my bill for the oil change and fuel filter change and tire rotation 900.00 $.

Terrible service. They lied about having the parts for a warranty repair and delayed that repair for months. When trying to communicate with service team, I was given a bogus text #.that went nowhere. When I called I was disconnected, put on hold for extended periods and could not get a call back from anyone. They said I’d have a rental car waiting for me Friday morning since repair was delayed. That car was not reserved for me. I missed out on business that day. . It cost me dearly. Such a bad experience, I’m selling my dodge. I will never buy another. Do not trust premier!

The Good: Used my pre-paid service contract. Good experience with the service advisor. Fast, efficient, with a vehicle health report included.
Concerns: Not sure if topping up the fluids is part of the service, but non of my fluids (coolant which was below minimum when I received it, brake fluid which was on minimum , and the water reservoir) were not topped up, and there was oil residue in the engine bay that was not wiped off.
Update: my engine light is now on after the oil change.
