I stopped by the dealership to get a hands-on view of a vehicle I saw online. Just wanted to pop in to get a visual after taking Gumbo to the veterinarian. Well, the sales guy, Kermit, (who has the same birthday as myself) was so on the ball that ended up buying the vehicle the week before my birthday! Will that beat all! The staff is very accommodating and professional. All in all, they made what can be a stressful event very pleasurable! Kudos!

Made an appointment to have them diagnose a emissions check engine light, took them three days to get me an estimate, and...they wanted to charge me almost $1000 to replace my Add Blue emissions fluid pump that was under warranty.

Great experience and quick turnaround. My Salesman Bert did an excellent job of making sure I find something within my budget. He was very thorough and explained the entire process. We were in/out within a few hours.Brandon, in Finance, did an excellent job explaining the entire lease process. He took his time and made everything a pleasant experience.

I went to look for new cars, met Malcom and left with a new car. Was worried about credit, and notes and trade in on a 2012 car. James and Brandon waved a magic wand and made it happen. Love, love, LOVE my new Jetta!!! Thx guys!?

The finance manager I spoke with is very unprofessional or he's just incompetent about his job when he started that ALL HIS LENDERS INCLUDING ALLY REQUIRE A SMALL BUSINESS OWNER PERSONAL GUARANTEE which they have 3 different purchasing methods. It would've been different had I filled out an application and my business scores were questionable but I have 6 trade lines over 10k on 3 and 26k floor & Decor line off credit and a paydex of 86 Experian 819 yet after I've already built my entity to be independent of me this guy tells me I have to do something I've never done. They need to educate themselves if they're gonna be in that type of position otherwise they'll lose money from customers like me that won't buy from you cause you're not honest

This review is going to be based strictly off of my most recent experience at Raybrandt Volkswagen on 6/9/23. I would like to thank Mr. James for his time and patience with me. I was afraid to trade-in my 2021 Volkswagen Jetta, due to the fear of credit, not having a down payment, a big increase in my note, and physical damage to my vehicle, but thank you God for him because he had the answers to all of my prayers, he is truly a make it happen type of guy. He gave me options that would help me financially and make it easy for me to upgrade in the future. With his expertise, I was able to make a decision without any pressure. I'm now driving a 2023 Volkswagen Taos with many features, it's like a Jetta 5.0.Also, I would like to say thank you to the best salesman ever, Mr. Malcolm. If you walk into his office, you will see many of his accomplishments as a salesman. I believe that they were all well deserved because he is definitely a customer service type of guy, very polite, easy-going, and respectful. Off the back, he offered me some water, well needed, as I was just getting off from work feeling tired and exhausted. Malcolm took all of that off of my mind, he was quick with the paperwork, and his actions made me know that he cared about my time. I didn't have to say a thing, he just wanted to make sure that my vehicle was ready for me, and that I was satisfied.Overall , I am very satisfied. I would recommend that you go see them both, if you're trying to purchase a car, but you just can't figure it out. About a week ago, I was passing through New Orleans early evening during my coast to coast road trip and had an issue with the car's a/c. I had to adjust my driving plans and stay overnight. The issue was resolved the next morning. I really appreciated the prompt attention given by my special circumstances. Cindy from the reception area was very kind to recommend and check availability in a hotel nearby. While I was waiting for the car being serviced, the general manager, James Gibson, approached me if I needed anything. The service staff kept me in the loop while the car was being serviced. I made some great small talk with Michael Vincent from the sales staff. For a few hours, Ray Brandt VW felt like a home to me. So, thank you again, much appreciated for the positive outcome and service!

I made an online appointment and when I arrived, I explained the issue (my car has chronic electrical issues from rodents eating the soy wiring on two occasions). The greeter, who wasn't particularly friendly, said she'd find out if it was something they'd be able to get to today and asked a fellow co-worker, who said likely not.I drove 30+ minutes to this dealership and was very unimpressed that they couldn't even bother to look at my vehicle to see if it was a quick fix or not. If you can not handle the number of appointments people make through your online portal, then you should turn it off, or limit the intake. Also, your staff could use a lesson on what good customer service looks like.

My salesman Aaron was amazing !!! He took his time , showed me all available options and got me in a car the same day when I just initially came to just look. He is so calm and patient and honestly makes you feel like you knew him before. I must say , Ray Brandt Volkswagen lucked up on this salesman. I’m extremely happy with my VW Taos and couldn’t see myself riding in anything else ! This car was made for me ! Thank you so much Aaron for an amazing car buying experience! You made it so easy for me !
