Highly recommend. They have Excellent customer service. I had a large crack in my front windshield and did not feel safe driving my car. They went above and beyond to get my car fixed on very short notice.

Best experience! I didn't get the ladies name at the desk but she was awesome! Even though I only had the front passenger window done, it was not a very long visit and there technician explained I had no follow up care and could use my window.
Highly recommend this facility!!!

My brake tag and toll tag were not given back to me after getting my windshield replaced. That cost me extra money to replace because I didn’t have proof of my old brake tag. When I called to check if they still had my windshield or items I was given 2 stories-first one-the glass was already picked up the second one-the brake tag was put in my cup holder and all other items were put on the new windshield. Not true. I did find my car wash membership sticker in a different compartment but not the cup holder and my brake tag and toll tag were nowhere to be found.

I needed my front windshield replaced. My insurance company sent a list of places I could have the work done. I chose Safelite on Lapalco Blvd, Harvey La.The location was convenient and the staff at Safelite were excellent. My appointment was at 9:00am and they were ready when a got there. The technician explained the 24 hour aftercare . I would recommend Safelite to anyone in need of windshield repair or replacement.

I highly recommend this SafeLite. Vandals broke my driver side rear window and they fixed it efficiently for an affordable price. I do recommend calling them directly instead of using their website to book, especially if they are closed like on Sundays.
