ADAM was the most kind, professional individual I have come across in a long time. From the moment I asked for his help he was sincere and thorough in answering my questions.. I made sure to say something to the manager before leaving and she said yes of course he's the best.. We would love to clone him:) What a pleasure to come across such a wonderful person who cared about helping others.. and quickly.. and making sure I was taken care of all the way to the checkout counter.. This is now the only Target I will go to

Really enjoyed this Target. They were well-stocked, clean, things were what they belonged, etc, the only negative was that I had a buy 5 get 1 free & the receipt didn't reflect it, but it says it so next time I'm there I'll get my refund. But overall I was happy and this is my favorite Target in the greater New Orleans area

It was a complete pleasure shopping at target as I unfortunately went to Walmart which was hell on earth on all respects The staff at target was very helpful professional and knew their jobs. There was one woman named Sunrise who was exceptionally kind and helped us tremendously It was certainly worth the 20 minute drive there to know that the store had everything we needed and they were there to help accommodate us opposed to other big box stores that are complete train wrecks

Mean, ugly, hateful employees! ~ I was not there long but long enough for four different employees to try to run me down. One target employee intentionally pushed a buggy at me and I had to dodge out of the way. Another employee deviated from her path to walk directly at me. I stopped, looked at her and asked her if I was invisible or something. The third was a guy pushing a stock cart and I had to go down a side isle to avoid him running me down. The last was a female that came out of a side isle, bumped into me, and gave me a dirty look. All four were black. Does Target encourage race hatred or just coddle it?!?

Very disorganized. The website shows a whole bunch of things on sale when you go to the store that's not the case. And then the lady at the video game counter refused to check me out because I wasn't buying video games. I wonder if she knows how many hundreds of dollars she just cost target.

Pre review I was asked to take into consideration that Covid 19 was affecting many businesses and to be considerate. Okay here goes, this location is not considerate when dealing with the current pandemic, so I'm going to hit the snooze button on that suggestion.That is no excuse for subpar service in such a hard time for everyone, this just makes everybody miserable for no good reason. We should be uplifting each other. Especially from a large chain and the fact that people are still leaving their homes, giving you their business, hard earned pennies , and possibly risking the corona! Again I think I'm gonna have to pass on the consideration quote. Torrance, the store manager and I may have his name spelled wrong is a total misfit for this position. While standing 6 ft apart I'm in the line with my 10 month old baby and sister. Were awaiting our store pick up order, and up walks this gentleman to the register. Now while I'm waiting for the cashier who left to get my package from the back. I'm standing at the register. The gentleman walks up to that same register I'm at and looks over to a couple and signals them to come over. Now I'm at the register just to be clear. He doesn't say excuse me, can you step to the side, nope nothing. He starts completing a transaction for the couple he brought up. Everyone is looking concerned because were right next to each other. So I move my self and baby over to an open area and wait on the isle for my package. I'm still confused as to what just happened. I feel like a dog with my tail between my legs who was given an ugly look for doing something wrong. Now he's the manager and he couldn't follow the 6 ft rule, common courtesy rule, and just plain read the room rule. It doesn't take rocket science to know that people don't want to be all up on each other. And grow some customer service skills, this location lacks what I believe Target stands for. Most of the crew acts as if you're working for them and your a bother. I'm sick of spending money in places that you feel like you have to put on an armor of war on just to step in the building. It's disappointing and the American people have no time for it. We have seen things we thought would never see, and we have been pushed to the edge. I mean the country is still quarantined, and I came out of retirement to write this long unnecessary review lol. There's too much too loose and too many people starting their own businesses to get what it is they want. Quality in every aspect. And I'm going to be in line for that. TARGET DO BETTER! #WALMART2020 LOL

This review is based on my interactions with Toya the customer service cashier. I went back to make an exchange for a bigger size shoes and when I walked up after she was finishing up with a customer, she totally look at me and went to one of her co-workers to help her co-workers. That was totally unacceptable and rude! If you have to step aside for any reason, you acknowledge your customer and ask them if it's ok if they can step aside. While they both walk off, I didn't know if someone was going to do my exchange so I asked them if someone is coming back. Toya didn't even stop to reply to me. Her co- worker turns around and told me Toya is the cashier that will help me out once she help her with an order. I can see they both was talking about me and I can hear Toya telling her co-workers people do the most which she is referring to me. I let it go because I don't have time to argue with someone who is not fit to be at the customer service area dealing with customers. She took her time to walk back to the customer service area. I gave her my stapled receipt and she told me it's the wrong receipt. I didn't realize that a few days ago the cashier didn't stapled all three receipt together since I had to return a shoe that they no longer carry and I end up purchasing a different pair that still didn't fit my nephew. She got frustrated and when I look in the bag, a receipt was in there and she told me rudely that it's been taken cared of. I try explaining that I didn't realize the previous cashier didn't stapled all three together. She just wanted to brush me off so basically she switched my exchange without entering it to the system. No documentation that is going to change happened. That's really going to mess the inventory up. I've done retail back in the days so I know that was not the correct way to handle that. Great job Toya, I don't think you were trained probably for that customer service position. Everything would have gone smoothly if Toya would have done her job correctly and trained correctly as a customer service. I understand not all customers are right when they make a complaint. But as a customer point of view, you as a customer service cashier needs to look up and acknowledge a customer in your line. Don't ever leave a customer standing in line without asking or telling them you will be right back. I understand it's Labor Day and she might not wanting to be at work but that's not my problem. You are paid to do a job, do it correctly.

Not going to waste my time with this. Do not use the pick up service you will be frustrated. Just go in and risk catching COVID. This was my second visit to give them another chance. I am certain that I will not use their pickup service again. If you have the patience of Job then go ahead and give it a try.

Bathroom was very dirty and not well kept. Toilet paper wasn't properly stocked and toilet seats were not clean. Additionally there were no carts available when you entered the store. I had to go to the parking lot to look for one. It seems like the merchandise isn't inspected well either. Lots of product boxes were smashed or partly opened. I did give an extra star because our cashier was super friendly as well as the lady who greeted us at the entrance with hand sanitizer.

We needed a certain type of chalk paint for a project with a tight time line, but we couldn't find it in the store. We came in to their delivery option and Mani was soo helpful and found the paint we needed in the back! Everyone was nice and helpful :)

I recently bought a new swim bikini yesterday Friday 6/27/20. and got home realizing it had a red clip attached to it that I can't take it out on my own only Target can! I would have to come back to Target again with receipt to get it removed from one of them.

Typical of Target and typical even more of the WestBank of New Orleans, setting myself up for failure by going w/Target and West Bank. Ordered a TV online this morning for pickup, received a confirmation of the order being placed and confirmation #, received an alert my order was ready for pickup, headed to the store, and guess what. Yep, upon arriving received another email the TV I ordered was now no longer available! Went inside the store and spoke w/the staff inside. Was ready to buy a TV on the spot, told there were no TVs in the store. Guess what the staff told me? You guessed it...'Oh, I'm sorry, if you ordered one online we probably had it and then when someone came in this morning we likely gave them your TV when they came in store to shop". As I said, typical of Target and the West Bank. By the way, I'm a CEO for a major company based in California, grew up in New Orleans area, and still have a home here, but this example is why I no longer make this my permanent residence. Will be posting same on Yelp and i know I'll get the standard answer, 'We appreciate your response and apologize for any issues, we'll try to do better next time, yada yada yada'. Same corporate America BS that one would expect, not the 'hey, we messed up, let's make this right asap'. We'll have a new TV for you later today or tomorrow, and an upgrade for the inconvenience. Will never hear that, and this is why I'm returning my business to Amazon, Best Buy". Sorry Target, you screwed up!

Rude workers early this morning. Went in for toilet tissue. Was told that I could get two packs on yesterday. I had two and was checking out and a man and woman worker accosted me and said "oh one is enough for you. Check out and leave" I watched WHITE shoppers get two and three and check out with no problem. Serious racial profiling went on. I will go elsewhere.

Clean uncluttered aisles. Friendly and helpful employees. Good selection of name brand items. Great selection of store brand items with very good prices.
